If you are retired and working part time just for some extra cash then yeah 20 bucks an hour is good. Living on that with major rent and bills though not so much.

It's a good wage for a summer job in high school. Not great if you have to pay rent and buy groceries

My summer job in high school payed like 8 bucks an hour. 20 is a livable wage

Where? It's less than the median wage in the US. In Seattle the minimum is $15/hour.
