No. I don't like the death penalty in general, because courts make so many mistakes. Also, you never want a crime like rape to have a worse penalty than murder, or that attacker has no reason not to murder the victim when he is done.

I am against it only because I think they deserve a second chance if evidence came out proving the convicted rapist's innocence, such as the accuser coming and saying it was all a lie as they often do.
