Though, let me be clear. The aforementioned question does not regard, nor condone, the inappropriate behavior that SOME men might take as a RESULT of their sexual inclinations, but instead regards the quality of having these sexual inclinations rather than the potential byproducts.
Lastly, all perspectives are welcome here. I encourage everyone to remain civil and respectful.

So here is the thing about this, ever doctor will tell you that there are just biological differences between men and woman that science cannot get around. Most notable Estrogen and Testone production and levels in a female vs male. The Y and X chromosomes.
Like I have said many times before, cave me did not need to know the difference between x and y, or estrogen to testosterone... to know the difference between a man and woman. Science in greatness has by itself created a lot of these challenges to a lot of things people didn't need to know about the science to know the difference between a man and woman.
So, to your point, if the larger social issue with feminists, does their agenda unfairly target men and in doing so devalue masculinity, when biologically men and woman are subject to different chemical or even cellular reactions within our own body's that influence our behaviors. The over whelming answer is yes, and even science will admit that is true.
So, what's the controversy here? Whether her story is true or made up? Does it really matter if it's true or not, if her desires were a placebo effect or actually chemical reaction taking place in her body?
Obviously if the story is true or not, increased testosterone levels in the body, will result in some type of hormone production that could affect sex drive and sexual desires.
My ex-wife was more horney during pregnancy then any other time throughout our marriage, and it was really good sex to... but her hormones were all out of whack due to the pregnancy and I did not need a doctor to tell me that,
Testosterone therapy in women: Does it boost sex drive? - Mayo Clinic
www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/menopause/expert-answers/testosterone-therapy/faq-20057935#:~:text=The%20hormone%20testosterone%20may%20boost,Menopause%20happens%20naturally%20with%20age.
Event he mayo clinic says increase Testone level in some women increase sex drive. So it's pretty common the men, tend to be more horney than woman and that can be attributed to increased level of Testosterone at any given point in time for any reason, from diet and exercise to illegal or prescription drugs.
What the so what about this post?
If I understand your questions correctly, the intention of the post is to encourage discussion regarding the sometimes harsh criticism of men's sexual inclination, as elaborated here:
"If we assume what was expressed by Molly is accurate, what might this say about the perspective some people might have about men being pigs or perverts? Is it really okay to be derisive about something immutable, biological? Could the condemnation of these things be comparable to condemning people for possibly acting more emotionally during certain portions of menstrual cycles?"
Yes, I do agree that men do to their biological make up are subjective to unfair criticism by the mainstream. And even if you disagree with that, you must agree on some level the virtues of masculinity are not celebrated or valued on the same the level as the virtues of femininity.
I sincerely believe that this why we are seeing a lot of these LGBTQ issues, and gender confusion. Because lots of these boys and girls are being raised by single working moms with no male involvement in the children's lives. More time than not it assumes that the men are not taking responsibility for their children... but how much of is it can be attributed to the woman?
I am not making excuses or men, but all I am saying is that it takes two to tango... and when you find these women who act like they don't need a man, and they can do anything a man can do... well that may be true for her. But what about the kids? Because she cannot provide a positive male influence for her children. So, is she really putting out every effort to involve the man in your children's life's? Are all these single mothers putting aside whatever her issues are with the man, and doing what's best for your children?
Sure, in some cases women are, and in other they are not... and is some cases maybe it best that the father is not involved, but that cannot be true on the massive scale we are seeing today in today's society. And whenever anyone tries to have conversation about it or seeks any degree of truth they are attacked and silenced... like you see here.
You see similar things in women forced to take testosterone for medical conditions. If you want to find them, they're usually apologizing to men they've misjudged.
