This is a hypothetical. This could be that the protest blocked first responders and because of that people died, Or blocked an ambulance and the person inside died because they couldn't make it to the hospital. Or a mother lost the baby because yet again the ambulance was blocked from getting to the hospital.
Here is the rub. This kind of thing is actually illegal in my state. Its a felony to block roads of any kind for any reason without a permit, save for situations like a car accident or if first responders need to block it. I personally think if the above happened and people died as a result those that participated in the protest should be charged for 2nd degree murder or manslaughter at the least.
