Look at this guy, danny masterson is going away for 30 years to life because 3 women decided to accuse him of rape after 20 years have passed. We all know the feminist mantra of "believe all women", but women can lie just like men and can do it for vindictive and petty reasons. For example, the Tate Brothers went to jail for 3 months on the words of women claiming they were holding them against their will and they were being trafficked. Later it was found that through text messages between the girls and their relatives that it was all a lie, so they could get a documentary made about them by netflix and get their 15 minutes of fame.

We know from forensic pathologist that a lot of women file false rape claims with some of the reasons being as followed::

1. Two blackmail the man (seen in many cases concerning sports players)

2, Vindictive reasons because the guy didn't want a relationship with her. Many women will get pissed off at this and claim the guy rape them out of spite. There was even a recent case with a football player where a woman stalked and harassed a man over several months and then lied on social media that he forced her to get an abortion.

3. To escape punishment. There was a story many years back where an underage girl was having sex behind her father's back. She claim the guy she was sleeping with raped her. Her dad and his friend's found the young man, took him out into the woods and shoved a tree branch up his butt.

4. To gain attention. There was a mattress girl from Columbia who claimed rape because the guy dumped her and also got attention from the incident.

5. To avoid accountability. Many women will sleep with a guy and have regrets later then claim he raped them.

And in this clown world, there is no statue of limitation. You could sleep with a girl 20 years ago as a guy and if you become successful that same girl could claim you raped her in the past and you will go to jail on word of mouth alone.

Absolutely, women change their minds and say it is rape. It is particularly dangerous when man hating feminists are trying to stop the police form obtaining evidence that could prove the mans innocent, for instance there was a case here in the UK where a guy was jailed for rape and on retrial mobile phone evidence was obtained from the womans phone showing it was consensual.

The man hating feminists are trying to prevent evidence which shows the mans innocence. Mobile phone and social media data and a womans previous sexual history are very relevant in rape allegations.

Women will years down the line say it is rape if the relationship breaks down or when the police start investigating historical cases, we had a run on famous UK actors being accused for offences dating back decades using witnesses that had not even been born when the offence was supposed to have been committed

In the UK it was largely about compensation claims, about half of those who accused JImmy Saville were found to have lied.

Yes look what happened to Bret Cavanaugh. A woman who obviously had mental issues accused Justice Cavanaugh of gang rape. There were no witnesses and no physical evidence. President Trump wax also accused by a woman of questionable mental stability and accused him of rape inside a busy new York department store. Again, no witnesses and no physical evidence. I heard that both these women had the same psychiatrist.

I'm from a family of lawyers, I even have an unused law degree on hold to raise a family. Believe me, few people who know the actual court system thinks this is justice.

Almost every crime has a statute of limitations for this very reason. It is impossible to defend oneself years after the fact and eyewitness testimony becomes the edited memories of people remembering what they want to remember.

With computers recording your every action, just wait until someone marks you to search for anything you may have committed ten years prior just to get back at you for something someone finds inconvenient today.

This is what though investigations are for. Think of the millions of rapists and victims, and survivors throughout history that were never served justice. Never. Because there was no proof or enough evidence.

By the way, the Tate case is still underway for their coercive and manipulative tactics there is solid proof of.

Regardless, there needs to be a balance between supporting survivors and ensuring fairness in legal proceedings.

Comical given the statutes of limitations rape a child & in some states if the assaulter isn't brought before the courts in 10 to 15 years then they are scot free for their crimes.

Oklahoma, you have 7 years to bring a pedophile to justice or they are entirely free.

Personally I do not believe such women. If Danny wasn't someone of wealth you'd never hear of this after all. It's like those mental cases going after Trump.

I work in mental health and that includes victims of sexual assault. Yes it is difficult to come forth and sluts / whores - drunkards more than happy to fuck the cute guy at the bar the night before - coming forth saying they were "raped" and increasing the stigma about rape, victims, etc. doesn't make it any easier.

But 20 years is ridicolous and for not one but 3 women to make the same claim? Nah.

Wahhh I want to rape women and not be held accountable wahhhh. Get over yourself. There WAS evidence of what he had done. He didn’t get falsely accused. Barely anyone gets falsely accused, and the ones who do, do not go to prison 99% of the time because there’s no evidence. Stop making up fake scenarios to shame women for holding their rapists accountable for their actions. A lot of women who get raped don’t even report it because men like you shame them for it and believe that they’re making it up.

If you read anything about the case you'd realize the evidence in this case was pretty solid. You don't get a conviction 20 years later without something pretty damning.
