I was just censored by the AI on Twitter again for making a statement supporting the Death Penalty. The topic being people knowingly spreading incurable diseases such as HIV/AIDS to others. i consider that equivalent to murder, so I said they ought to be sentenced to death in response to a post by the ACLU. The twitter AI automatically censored me because of this post.

The Death Penalty is efficient, and it works. There are no repeat offenders when they are dead.

No, the death penalty has scientifically and historically been demonstrated to not work. Partially because you keep executing innocent people and partially because criminals do not plan on getting caught so they are not afraid of consequences that they dont believe apply to them.

More specifically on your question regarding the "price of censorship". Freedom of speech is a right in USA that protects you from government oppression. Twitter is not the government, its not legally compelled to respect your freedom of speech just like how you are not compelled to listen to some nutcase preaching about the end of the world on some street corner. People have the right to tell you to fuck off, and that includes corporations such as Twitter.

lies. Repeat offenders inflate crime statistics. Execute a few murderers and rapists in a TIMELY MANNER and they crime rate will go down. The crime rate is higher than ever before since liberal states have done away with the death penalty and refuse to enforce laws already on the books. When Democrats have power as City Mayor or State's Governor, the violent crime goes up, because Democrats don't enforce the law. Same thing happened when Obama and Biden were in office. Rioters could burn down people's property and Obama wouldn't let the Governors enforce the laws already on the books.

We have less death penalties than ever before, yet the violent crime rate in the USA is provably higher in most cities and states than it has ever been. We're almost as bad as the third world countries like Mexico and Venezuela.

Its not lies, its well established fact. We have had "timely" death sentences throughout most of human history and it did jack shit to reducing crime.

Also, even just wondered why the prison system in USA became privatized? Politicians have little incentives to reduce crime when that is a major money maker for their friends and supporters. Higher crime is not a bug, its working as intended.

When people commit more crime, you execute more criminals. eventually they get in line.

My philosophy on this topic is that the punishment should fit the crime. If they rape, murder, or torture someone or poison them with an incurable disease in this case, that philosophy determines that Death is the most rational punishment for such a class of criminals.

jesus supported the Death Penalty, as did Paul of Tarsus. I literally quoted the Bible to you earlier in this thread. Jesus said not one jot or title shall in any wise pass away fromt he Law until all things are fulfilled. The Law he spoke of is the Law of Moses, which prescribes the Death penalty for both murder and rape, along with several other offenses.

While the bible may not be a perfect account of God, I've first-hand witnessed all sorts of evidences which can only be explained by the existence of an actual Almighty God, including an Angel appearing to me telling me my sister's cancer was cured, and the next day we got the MRI results showing her cancer was cured.

The whole point of science and scientific papers is that you do not need to accept it. They provide you with a method to control check everything yourself, that is what science is; A demonstration that anyone can do that proves they are correct.

Also again, history and science agrees that the death penalty is counter productive. It does not decrease crime. Crime is always lower in places without the death penalty, this is even true in US states. There is even a moral and religious argument for it, namely that you can never know that you are executing the guilty person and there is a long list of executed people who were later proven innocent which is a risk that is inexcusable.

As for the bible nonsense, Jesus literally stopped an execution in John 8:7 and is known as the "friend of sinners" in Mathew 11:19. Also Jesuses whole message was one of forgiveness as opposed to in the old testament where God dictated all kinds of laws and punishments.

People who "knowingly" spread diseases do not need the death penalty, they are going to quicker due to their disease anyway. Plus they are usually mentally unbalanced and it factors into why they do what they do. They need mental care and support, not a quick fry on a chair. They ARE given prison though, in most cases their prognoses means they will die in prison.

Besides, you don't know me. I want Peer Juries banned BECAUSE they convict the wrong people. I want a panel of 3 to 7 expert judges required in murder and rape and similar trials, because unqualified peer juries do fuck up justice and let guilty people such as o. j. simpon or casey anthony walk.

I want a law holding the PROSECUTOR and Jury and Judge responsible for false convictions as well. According to the Biblical Judicial system, if the Defendant is proved innocent (vs merely acquitted) he gets to counter-sue everyone who testified against him for 4 times the penalty they sought to punish him with. I want something like that in our criminal justice system, that way we'd hold both prosecutors and defence attorneys accountable for their claims and CRIMES while testifying and cross-examining witnesses.

i beg to differ. You should read what George Washington BOTH SAID AND WROTE About the Second Amendment while exercising his First Amendment rights. It's engraved on the Washington Monument. He said the right to Bear Arms was for the purpose of overthrowing a future evil government.

There are a substantial number of repeat offenders released or released too early or else even acquited by incompetent, unqualified juries. O. J. Simpson and Casey Anthony are both guilty as sin itself, but got away with murder even though every shred of tangible evidence was against each of them respectively.

I'm calling BS on your position anyway. Show me evidence of anyone executed who was later proved innocent. The warden can stay the execution, as can the governor, as can any judge. If there was anyone being executed who hadn't appealed a dozen times, that's their fault too.
