Do men make better workers/coworkers?

Im not claiming that men are always to be prefered over women, but in most cases, given an equal playing field, men would win hands down.

Men are willing to work longer hours, commute further, move across the country, work crazy shifts, work more stressfull jobs, etc.

Most women working in offices PREFER men over women coworkers since they are easier to stay professional with.

Most women PREFER a male boss.

Im not even gonna say what the men prefer because thats illegal as we all know.

Currently i work in company where most workers are women... You know how jealous they are over each other, how many intrigues they create, they hold grudge (ala you told me this yesterday - now i won't talk to you for a YEAR. Always thinking someone else get bigger salary...

While with men i dont have such problems. Sure we say something nasty but tomorrow its ok again.

I work in IT so it is mostly guys I work with. i have had a couple of female bosses one was good the other was a horror show.

So agree but more better bosses

Coworkers it's 50 50 cause the guys just wanna get in our pants half the time.

More so if we are married or with kids. Rarely if we are pregnant though!

Not necessarilly better workers/coworkers, but men usually make better bosses. The worst bosses I'm had have all been women.
