I believe that many people aren’t consciously aware that their racial prejudices are coming through when they say that people from Africa are naturally stronger. Not only is this not true, but it suggests that black people had to make up for their lack of industrial and technological skill with their physical strength.
Also just because you believe this, doesn’t mean you don’t deep down feel some separation and negative feelings towards black people. Socially, people just want to fit in, and sometimes this means being “cool”. But this doesn’t mean you don’t feel envy, objectification or some type of adverse feeling toward feeling towards them.
(Also it’s not true because look at the Vikings)

I think they did some actual research on it and it was found that blacks do actually have higher lean muscle and skeletal body mass on average. I honestly think it’s just genetics. Like how Asians are usually smaller in height and skeletal mass etc.
Again, please take in account different counties that are not affected by malnutrition. Like a lot of European counties where their true genes show a bit more.
Yes but from a genetics point of view, some races are just built different. Having greater lean mass doesn’t necessarily equate to having greater strength tho. You’re right that nutrition also plays a big role but genetics also play a key role in determining your baseline.
With vikings, they were raised from an early age to do a bunch of physical work which overtime improved their strengths and mass. So with the proper nutrition and training, anyone can be strong. But some race just have a starting advantage to begin with.
The studies I believe was done comparing black and white males (of roughly the same age, physical activity and BMI) on their baseline muscle & skeletal mass, I don’t remember the details but you might wanna check it out.
it probably comes from a truth that stems not from a lack of skill but of opportunity. for instance, why odd the nba predominantly black? for many young men, pro basketball is a dream to get out of the slums
i don't believe that. when jesse owen won running i noticed some were fast runners but not all as a group.
