Is reincarnation a good idea or something?

I dont mean buddhism's reincarnation but it is produced from society maybe just historists can see it because somehow it is a big data. then that is judgement as the topic of "would you kill hittler"? I think there are other interpretation as Michel Fourcault. USA probably does not have long history enough to see it. So they kill people like Soleimani that was not only case they did. There are conditions like communism need a lead because others have no culture but they only have natural heart. So how do we jump out the eternal recurrence? the concept was proposed by Friedrich Nietzsche but Germans is afraid of him because They think the hitler's thought come from Nietzsche. But Should Nietzsche be judged like that in german history? If you find content and there is "should be" and "to be" to avoid, so there are no second Nietzsche and Hitler judged like that. German would bear WW2 anymore.

Like what are taiwanese doing is what chinese had ever happened but they dont know that is the path toward becoming who they hate.

I mean that the idea can not be stopped to produce from long historical society but we still need to think is it right or wrong? we are supported to be someone under adult when we are child too but there is still X.
