A President has latitude with Executive Orders and the capacity to lead the Executive Branch departments; but they are not law; only policy that can expire with hum or her.

This Project 2025 is like a big plan for a major overhaul of the federal government, steering it in a direction that's much more in line with conservative and right-wing ideas.
