I was obsessed with the Chris Watts (American Murder on Netflix) case particularly, and I think it was because I had a deep need to psychoanalyze why a seemingly normal dude with such a great life would destroy everything for a basic Becky. I felt the need to profile him in some way because if he’s a normal guy who could kill his family, what makes him different than every other man who doesn’t appreciate his wife and kids?
