There are murders out there that have been locked up for 20 years and some lawyer finds a loophole and gets rge case thrown out on a technicality. The guy kills somebody else. Lawless courts are indeed very anti-democratic. In issuing rulings on a case by case basis in disregard to the historic and original application of the same law. Said court is indeed rewriting that law on a case by case basis which is to say we have 5+ oligarchs ultimately deciding everyone fate not any law at all.

I could list out countless examples of this from guns, housing, cars, utilities, etc... None of which the federal goverment was ever given any power over.
But have nonetheless usurped that power so that its politicians more than 1000 miles away from seeing the effect of any such rule can run on it when its popular and sell it to the highest bidder whenever something else is.

All because the only people who can now stop them are hand picked by them, and as such rarely act against anyone but their rivals in the governments actually regularly elected to make such policy.

Anther one I personally find very offensive which effects most of us who work with other people for a living is their usurpation of our freedom of contract, association, and speech with their so called "laws" on the work place.
The lawless court has in no small part help implement a system of vague system of legal jeperty that makes it legally perilous simply to be around other people. Subsequent lawless courts via the meToo movement have added to that pearl an even more unworkable presumption of guilt and a indefensibly long timeline.

The natural result is it is no longer safe for a guy to be alone in a room with a woman and as such increasingly we are moving away from employing women to work with us. Its simply not worth the risk, you have no idea who theses women are much-less who they will be a decade from now.

This kind of repressive policy was implemented by a lawless court which never had any power to convict anyone of such.

@oddbeme Again look at the definition, fertilization is fusion of the gametes giving rise to a zygote and the beginning of a new indiviual.

The fact that we can't non-destructively observe exactly when this happens does not mean that we cannot see the following processes proving it had already happened, such as cell division.

In the case of a fertilization knowing exactly when it happens is generally not very important as you will know that it has happened within a month or in the case of a laboratory with in a day or so.
