Should Joe Biden remain on the Ohio ballot?

So Biden did an opsie and might not legally be able to appear on the Ohio ballot. I don't think that is right and people should make exemptions for him so he can appear on the ballot. Let's have a fair vote and not legitimize this behavior.

The Democrats have cheated pretty fucking hard and this is a wonderful opportunity for Republicans to set a good example and try to bring some sanity back to the country. A little bit of goodwill thrown towards Biden's way (it won't make him win Ohio don't worry) will do a lot to show the voters where the virtuous people stand and were the evil people slither.

President Biden should 100% be on the Ohio ballot in November. While there is a major difference between properly qualifying for the ballot and then unilaterally being removed unconstitutionally, and not properly qualifying for the ballot in the first place because of self-inflicted gross negligence, Ohio officials should still work with Democrats to insure that Biden is on the ballot for the election. The uproar that would ensue and the gigantic Pandora's Box that would be permanently opened isn't worth the comedy.

If Biden and the Democrat party didn't try to remove Trump from the ballot I would be more inclined to agree with you. Turnabout is fair play, and in this case Trump didn't even do anything; it was all because Biden's DNC fucked up the dates. The attempts to get Trump off the ballot were malice; Biden not being on the ballot is just incompetence.

The difference is that Biden wasn't removed because he didn't qualify for the ballot in the first place. There was no activist judge or other official who took his name off; his party just missed publicly available deadlines.

I agree with you, but I certainly wouldn't blame anyone feeling Schadenfreude after the Democrats' numerous attempts to remove Trump from the ballot in Democrat-run states.

Keep in mind that an ancillary issue with the states is that turnout for other races on the same ballot is a depressed turnout if either Trump or Biden is removed from an individual state's ballot.

Anyway, nobody has a right to be on the Ohio ballot, or any other state ballot. The states don't have to allow people to vote for president at all. They can choose their electors any way they want.

Personally I think all states should quit letting people vote for president. Things would be a hell of a lot better that way.

It's actually a radical position to want the Supreme Court to intentionally mishandle abortion. They should have struck down Roe v Wade as the legal basis for it was very dodgy.
