What is wrong with being proud of being naturally pretty or of your natural body?

Why not? Why can’t someone be proud to be who they are?

Because you did nothing to be born with the genes you have. Pride comes from actually accomplishing something. That would be like being proud of someone giving you a million dollars for free. If you don't work towards it, no pride should be involved.

Well … you can feel that way. But you can’t really TELL someone what they should/can’t feel pride in.
