I would not be at all surprised if housing prices in the US only falls by 30%, if men have no reason to buy a house for a family they do not have who else will buy them. Most single guys will be happy with a single bed flat/apartment, of if they live in the countryside a small house/cabin with a spare room for visitors. Women have told Men that they do not want/need them, so Men have took them at their word and have started to focus on their own lives since #METOO broke, and women have now begun to realise that other than the 'Chads & Tyrone's' no men are chasing them anymore - Men have taken them at their word, the number of marriages have plummeted an along with that the number houses being sold or built, and those that are being built are more to the taste of men e. g. compact, and not the taste of women e. g, bigger is better, and are being built by local builders not the big estate companies. With that the big estate companies who have built vast tracts of 'cookie cutter housing' are now catching a cold because no one wants to buy their houses at the over inflated prices they now want for them, and the Women who have the money to buy them do not want them as they would rather live in an apartment in town closer to what they consider the 'essentials'.

At best it’s hyperbole. It’s very likely disingenuous.
Here’s what the powers that be know. We’re all already programmed. Men are still going through the motions, despite not being happy… or even content. We’re doing what we’ve always done because we haven’t been given any options and we wouldn’t know what to do with them if we were. Nothing is collapsing because of our unwillingness or inability to do what must be done. It’s still being done, even if a little less efficiently or a lot less ambitiously. The doomsayers are only selling the end of the world because it’s profitable. Not unlike women who want to be the people they claim to be under the anonymity of the internet, men are still very much a product of evolutionary biology. We will continue to hold our communities together with gritted teeth and white knuckles if we must. It’s in our DNA. We are generations removed from proper anarchy, let alone implosion.

I’m waiting for the day, most homes owned by women are through divorce, there’s not many single women buying homes.

If housing prices crash 30%, I think we’ll all be patting ourselves on the back for gaming and rampant loneliness. In fact, I’ll plan to do more gaming so we can bump it up to 50%.
