And they will help out anyone that spits on them, etc if they are elderly and other people as well. They say they aren't expecting anything in return but that doesn't mean you are expecting anything in return just because you respect yourself.

I don't dislike them. I just think it sucks how they don't stick up for themselves. I used to be this way but I changed. I know I sound hypocritical and may actually be with this topic. But people use tthe excuse,"I don't expect anything in return." It doesn't mean that, it just means if you are nice without being a pushover, you won't put up with shit. Like if someone spits on you, you would stop being nice. But they would still be nice to that person cause that person is elderly or any person regardless if they are elderly or not. People that are nice but too nice won't make exceptoons cause of age.
