Do you support making certain recessive traits dominant in humans?

In nature, recessive traits like light eyes, red hair, blonde hair, fair skin etc. are less common because they're overshadowed by dominant traits.

I think making them dominant would reduce racism and people wouldn't worry about such traits becoming extinct. Besides, it's evident that most people love those characteristics even in places where they are common like Europe.
My grandmother had olive green eyes and I had reddish brunette hair as a child. I'm excited about the possibilities if it ever happens.
I have watched some documentaries , which increased my interest in this topic.
What do you think? Does it seem unethical?

When everyone will have recessive traits, discrimination will be reduced drastically. People already don't have autonomy when it comes to the features they're born with.
