Disagree but it does need looking into why some professions overly attract one sex when there's no clear reason. For example in the UK almost all younger vets are female.

Depends on the business and the pool of talent. There are far, far more women elementary school teachers than male elementary school teachers for example. There are more female than male nurses. There are more female flight attendants...
