Why are Chinese people so arrogant?

They have grown a reputation as the worst tourists. I think it comes from having no sense of “public”. They are all about themselves, not a community and community standards. It is ironic because they are Communists. I had some training as part of doing business there and they taught the lack of sense of “public” as they called it.

I don't know why they're so arrogant, but I think the Communism is the reason they're such bad tourists and don't respect public space/private property. They live under such a strict regime at home, when they leave they want to experience what it's like to be able to do whatever you want without severe consequences
