If we’re empowering women to seek independence, shouldn’t we also be empowering men to be domestic and stay home?

I saw something that said “If we’re empowering women to go out and work, but we’re not empowering men to stay home, embrace fatherhood, and other domestic things then we’re not empowering women. We’re exploiting them.” What do you think about that?
Yes, we should empower men to stay home just as we empower women to work
No, we don’t need to empower men to stay home and be domestic

I think all of you focused too much on the domestication of men part and not the exploitation of women in the workforce part
