What is the defense of being against abortion? (I want answers SPECIFICALLY to the issues listed below)?

-Welfare babies (A possibly illegal immigrant guy I knew from high school who now has two kids and ignored my advice on abstinence until he can afford it admitted his kids will attend the same crappy public schools he did, get free lunches, and basically they'll survive off welfare)

-Money for people like this guy. Would YOU give him money when he asks? His wife is pregnant with a third on the way. So why don't YOU donate to him so they don't consider abortion? Would you adopt?

-What about women who self abort? It's not that hard. It's really not. But then what does a full ban of abortion really help then?

-Why so many hypocrites? I'm happy many people ACTUALLY put money where their mouths are and offer to adopt nearly aborted fetuses and/or give money to help families who decide not to abort. My issues are far more directed to the "armchair pro lifers" especially those who haven't even done the bare minimum of babysitting a few times, dating, marrying etc.

So far, the extremely few pro lifers that have tried to answer this have failed. We need to get the orphans and homeless caused by this mess of "just don't abort" and no other solutions to take revenge on them. Seriously. is it okay to murder unborn babies? if your answer is no, then I don't wanna see anyone get charged with homicide for causing miscarriages. if your answer is yes, then abortion should be outlawed

Fact is, the more babies exist, the more my taxes go up to support the welfare babies. its frustrating to see a guy I know have 2 babies when he knows he can't afford it, admit to me they'll be raised on welfare, ask me for donations from them, and then have a third too. How is that fair to somebody who is single and unsure if a baby is affordable for myself? Somebody will have to pay for those free lunches he wants for his kids... I should put a disclaimer that I do NOT like abortions as I would never see them as good. They are a sad event when they happen. But unless our welfare system is redone fairly, education is increased, whether more sex ed or hell even a massive push in abstinence (has to be done properly), abortion is going to be fought for. People must think beyond this "abortion is murder and end of story" mindset or taxes WILL increase and so will orphans and broke, mismanaged families.

I share your same issues with welfare too but life is still life. your incremental approach to reducing abortion won't work only because abortion culture is still normalized and it is seen as a safety net much like welfare is currently.

if we ban both welfare and abortion completely and enforced it strictly, I know the population would suddenly stop misbehaving rather than have their responsibilities removed so they can continue again. just look at the recent 4B movement when feminists threatened abstinence as if Trump actually did ban abortion (which he didn't) but the fear was enough for them to stop engaging in hookup culture (that is until handsome Luigi Mangione came along)

the current safety nets are the reason why there are mismanaged families because these safety nets are rewarding them. your illegal family would have to be deported though

I think the abortions wouldn't happen as much, but that doesn't stop a a woman in the bathroom with a hanger. Probably would increase incidents like that too. Not to mention saving up to go to another state or country. It's hard to put much of a stop to it so it's better to prevent in the first place from even being an issue.

We do need the welfare system fixed and done reasonably though. Not sure about outright getting rid of it, as that would just massively increase the homeless and orphan numbers within days. But it does need to be massively redone. Maybe to not allow illegals to partake at all.

The family I refer to... The dude himself is legal. His wife too. His parents I don't think so though. And although at least they are working, they did a shit job rasing their kids and should have to answer for that.

I do think that yes, the "pro choice" crowd isn't called out on their shit either. Abortions are not something that should exist and if they do, it's not a happy or joyful thing to do. Groups, charities, etc. that support babies that were almost aborted should absolutely be supported and praised. They are actually true to their values and show it. It'd still be nice regardless if they fight for proper education for this issue though. Forget the gender studies bullshit and maybe require a "home economics" class or something. Force teens to see how hard it is to raise a kid. Maybe even penalize them for getting pregnant before age 20, especially if it's proven they likely can't afford it and will leach on the system.

On that note though, we do need to encourage growth of activities for teens and young people for affordable alternatives to drugs, alcohol, partying, and sex. That would solve a lot of issues as well.

I think gyms being more fun with things like rock climbing, malls having concerts, stand up, and karaoke as well would help. I also wish local governments would put more effort into fitness equipment for grownups at parks vs 1000 grand openings of McDonald's and restaurants.

yeah you're right that banning abortion won't stop abortions from happening just like banning underage porn won't stop underage porn from existing but the law can still exist to ban them.

the problem with preventing it in the first place is it will never be taken serious enough for society to ever consider banning it even everywhere else is there to prevent as much abortions as possible. pro-aborts often claim to want free money, free lunches, free stuff etc. if they got all that would they suddenly want to ban abortion, even if large families are affordable? I don't think so

this means it's a mindset issue since incremental policies are hardly doing much to change anything. pro-lifers are doing their part to fix their communities but since the majority of the population are pro-aborts, there's only so much change that can be done hence mindset issue

I definitely don't think life begins at conception. I have zero problem with chemical abortion that can be done up to 10 weeks after her last period. And I have no problem with abortions up to the end of the first trimester.
