What environmental or nurturing factors make some groups different from others in a repeating statistically significant way?

One example is that the average woman in China weighs 125 pounds while the average woman in America weighs 171 pounds.

The average I. Q. of Jewish people in Israel is around 90 points while Jewish people in America average over 115 in I. Q. scores.

The average i. q. of East Asians in Asia and in America does not change based on country of residence, and is above average in both regions, while the average I. Q. of Jewish people in America is 25 points higher than the average I. Q. of Jewish people in Israel.

I would say over 25% of Indians born in North America are over 6 feet tall while in India, Indians tend to be shorter than the average white North American.

Also even Chinese guys are unusually tall if they are born in Canada and Chinese born North Americans are much shorter than North American born Chinese people.

An example is I know. a Chinese guy born in Canada that is around 7 feet tall and his parents are both under 5"9 and his parents were born in East Asia.
