Are you a racist Nazi when you judge a job candidate by their education, skills, and experience?

Let’s be honest—nothing terrifies the left wing more that the idea of being judged by their skills and intelligence.

That’s why President Trump’s new executive order, Restoring Equality of Opportunity and Meritocracy, hit them like a splash of ice water. It dares to suggest that maybe, just maybe, we should prioritize experience, talent, and actual ability over a bingo card of identity boxes and buzzwords.

Under the previous administration, merit took a backseat to mission statements filled with vague notions like “lived experience,” “equity audits,” and “inclusive excellence” (whatever that means).

But now, federal agencies are being directed to hire and promote based on good old-fashioned qualifications—like education, performance, and, gasp, results.

This apparently constitutes fascism in the eyes of people who think job interviews should include your pronouns, sexual abuse history, what you learned on "the streets" and a written essay on systemic oppression.

Could it be that the name-calling—“racist,” “Nazi,” “authoritarian”—is just a defense mechanism for those afraid their degrees in Critical TikTok Studies might not land them that six-figure government gig anymore?

Skills? I bring to the table a decade of elite-level gossiping and name dropping.
