What is stopping ICE from murdering for money in the age of GoFundMe? If none of their murders are investigated, can't they just keep killing with zero repercussions and loads of cash?

It likely already is, at least technically. In most states it's illegal for felons to profit from their crime. Murderes also owe restitution to the families of their victims, but of course almost none have the ability to pay. But someone receiving funds from GoFundMe does, and will have to turn over those funds if they are tried and convicted.
