What is stopping ICE from murdering for money in the age of GoFundMe? If none of their murders are investigated, can't they just keep killing with zero repercussions and loads of cash?
It likely already is, at least technically. In most states it's illegal for felons to profit from their crime. Murderes also owe restitution to the families of their victims, but of course almost none have the ability to pay. But someone receiving funds from GoFundMe does, and will have to turn over those funds if they are tried and convicted.
The killer of Ms. Good was exonerated and no investigation will be done because Führer Trump said so. In other words, ICE murderers will get wealthy by killing us.
By dirty Trump. Who else? State charges are unlikely (see below). Any federal charges would be impossible in the future because Trump would give him a pardon. He is evil, remember?
Could the ICE officer face charges?
What we know:
Last week during a White House press briefing, Vice President J. D. Vance said the ICE officer involved was acting in self-defense. But, even if Minnesota prosecutor attempted to bring a criminal case against Ross, he would be protected by "absolute immunity." But, Vance was likely wrong about absolute immunity, but his premise is correct.
Absolute immunity is a protection that shields government officials from criminal charges and civil action for actions during the course of their duty. However, absolute immunity typically extends only to lawmakers, judges and prosecutors – not law enforcement.
However, officers have another force of protection now as supremacy clause immunity.
Schultz explains: "There are three sort of hurdles that you'd have to go through to actually get to a point where you could hold any ICE agent criminally responsible. The first one is the whole concept of what's called the Supremacy Clause, that makes the Constitution, and all federal laws, the supreme law of the land. And generally, as that's been interpreted, it makes it difficult, not impossible, but difficult for state and local governments to sue – actually in this case – to hold federal agents criminally responsible."
Well, just like the organizer of the crowdfunding campaign said, the actual murderers (or, as that person originally phrased it, terrorists") are already getting rich from GoFundMe. Given how much shit has Jonathan Ross gotten into for simply doing His job properly, I find it justified to get Him a crowdfunding campaign.
around here, if they catch murderers, they dont have enough time left to make any kind of money. or to regain access to the internet at all

They took a phone from little boy they ran over with their car and sold it and kept the money. So not only will kid never trust a guy with a badge, they stole his property. He was American by the way and he had to stay in a hospital. Now run over a MAGA's kid , steal their kids phone and sell it and see how they react.
We also see who has all the wealth now.
Nazi collaborators all of them. Everyone who donated should be doxxed and their lives ruined for supporting that murderous thug!
Nope but a poor man who was hit by car and had a smear campaign by vile leftists should be allowed to have a GoFundMe even if works for ICE.
Maybe you can join ICE?
Maybe you aren't as evil as them? Maybe you have some good inside you? :)
@supercutebutt I mean, they are the absolute best of the best... Putting their lives on the line against the rabid left wing in order to protect the USA from illegal immigration? How based is that? Now, I could probably do that, but my intentions would actually be the way You attempt to make the valiant ICE operatives look - a chance to take out a rabid leftist who wants me dead for being a man while doing my job sounds tempting. That's why I would not join the ICE - I might actually end up being a legal death squad member if I did.
@CalmUntilAbused They are the same violent assholes who we saw beating cops, smearing their shit on the Capitol walls, and chanting to hang Mike Pence. Why? Because they believed Trump's sinful lies. Get a clue, dude. You are so embarrassingly cringy.
@supercutebutt There were no lies in the first place... But You know, of course people who enlist in the ICE are going to have some penchant for violence. This kind of service requires making peace with the idea of getting violent...
@CalmUntilAbused All Trump does is lie and like a gullible child, you believe him. Every time. You are Earth's #1 sucker. What a legacy.
As of now, I know not a single lie of His. Or at least I cannot remember it. Even with Palestine, He was mostly honest about His intentions and I still supported Him - my own interest is to stop being hunted down by bloodthirsty feminists just for being a man, and Trump was one for the job. I compensate it to the Palestinians by outwardly voicing support for them among the MAGA supporters.
@CalmUntilAbused There is literally a wikipedia page dedicated to Trump's lies. He averages 21 lies a DAY. He has told tens of thousands of lies. Click the link and enjoy, my gullible friend!

@supercutebutt Well... I could make a page about unicorn sightings, it wouldn't make them real.
@CalmUntilAbused Do you trust Steve Bannon?
@supercutebutt I don't know who He is. 😄
@CalmUntilAbused You know, Sloppy Steve
@supercutebutt I have literally no clue Who You are talking about. But given Your tone, He might be based.
@CalmUntilAbused Wow, you are a true cultist. Well, anyhow, here is Mr. Bannon admitting all Trump does is lie..
Many news organizations initially resisted describing Trump's falsehoods as lies, but began to do so by June 2019. The Washington Post said his frequent repetition of claims he knew to be false amounted to a campaign based on disinformation. Steve Bannon, Trump's 2016 presidential campaign CEO and chief strategist during the first seven months of Trump's first presidency, said that the press, rather than Democrats, was Trump's primary adversary and "the way to deal with them is to flood the zone with shit." In February 2025, a public relations CEO stated that the "flood the zone" tactic (also known as the firehose of falsehood) was designed to make sure no single action or event stands out above the rest by having them occur at a rapid pace, thus preventing the public from keeping up and preventing controversy or outrage over any specific action or event.
@supercutebutt If I do not know Him, doesn't it make me lessof a "cultist"? Anyway, I don't really care what an actual TDS cultist thinks about me, I guess.
Just another example of hating on the janitor for cleaning up a disgusting mess
GoGundMe is violating their own policy. Tell me who you voted for without telling me who you voted for.
Not in NY. After son of Sam David berkowitz it's illegal
No criminal should be able to get rich from the crime they commit the money should go to the victim and the victims family
I have to ask Grok how I donate.
It will tell you what it tells all MAGA basement dwellers: steal money from mom's purse.
I just saved you time. :)
That's Chat GPT those are antifa battle tactics.
You'll have to ask Sammy the Bull Gravano.
ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!
Hell no
