This comedian has a great idea.
1.9K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. The KKK has about 1500 actual members and almost no money or influence. They've been shrinking for decades and the very best thing you can do to continue to reduce their power is to IGNORE THEM. Every time you mention them, you enable and energize them and keep them in the conversation - much like an Internet troll.
In the 1960s, the KKK had 2 million members and that included US senators and congressmen. Today, they are tiny and insignificant, because the US population has roundly rejected their ideology and their methods. The US is the LEAST prejudiced country on the planet, and any number of immigrants who have been in the US for, say, 3-5 years, can confirm that, no matter where they come from. Most will tell you that their home countries are far more racist than the US. It's only morons IN the US and especially in the media who like to push the idea that the US is a racist country. It isn't. Sure, there are a few racist people who make rude comments, but such people have no real power or influence.
in my opinion, people pushing the idea of US racism need to find a new thing to complain about. No one is buying this BS anymore.

DEI is active racism. It is literally favoring people due to race (or sex or sexual orientation). That is racist and sexist and is against the law. The Supreme Court finally ruled it as such, which is why it has largely gone away, though certainly some organizations will need to be sued into compliance.
- 1 mo
No influence? Ignore them? How could a Blacknfamily in the south during the 1960’s ignore a burning cross on their lawn? Do you understand what lynching was?
1500 members? Why are you quoting false numbers?
The KKK is alive and well, and even exist in the north.
Current estimates indicate there are approximately 3,000 to 8,000 Ku Klux Klan (KKK) members nationwide. Because modern Klan organizations operate highly secretively in small, heavily fractured factions, it is difficult to determine an exact figure. Today's membership is a tiny fraction of its historical peak, which reached upwards of 4 to 6 million members in the 1920s
- 1 mo
Did you read what I wrote? Yes, the KKK had power 60+ years ago. They have nearly zero power today. Their membership has been on a steady decline since the 1970s and today they are only relevant at all when some scare-monger invokes their name in the media.
The only systemic racism that the US has had in the last 40 years has been the DEI programs, and the Supreme Court has made the law clear - DEI is illegal.
Sure, you will always have some racism from individuals, because it will never disappear completely, but that kind of racism almost never has any power behind it and doesn't affect anyone if it is ignored. And you know who completely agrees with me on that point? Morgan Freeman and Denzel Washington, who have both said the same thing in interviews more than once. - 1 mo
“Sure, you will always have some racism from individuals, because it will never disappear completely, but that kind of racism almost never has any power behind it and doesn't affect anyone if it is ignored.”
That’s ridiculous. Tell that to all minorities out of jobs because they weren’t hired because of their race. - 1 mo
Anyone that can prove that they weren't hired because of their race can sue, and if they have a decent case, there are plenty of lawyers who would take that case on contingency.
But I suspect that most people who aren't getting hired simply aren't the best candidate for the job. There are still plenty of people who want to virtue signal by hiring minorities even if they don't have any official policy, and there are still companies who have official DEI policies even though they are illegal. - 1 mo
@MrOracle There is a 2 tier justice system when it comes to enforcement of laws. If you invite other people into your country that are more racist then you then they will gain more power through in group preferences. Indians help their own first, Will hire there own first this is a recipe for a decline in the host's future prosperity.
- 1 mo
@findacure4wokeness That's true - but it's the opposite of what is routinely talked about in the media and on the left: that only "white people" can be racist. That concept is both ludicrous and provably false. Though much of Europe definitely treats it as 100% true, and it may be the end of them.

"Is that gluten?" LOL.
Seriously, I think we should respect free speech.
I think Nazis and white supremacists are ignorant jerks. But can they gain popularity by marching?
Part of the problem is that Democrats and liberals brand all conservative white people as "white supremacists" which waters down the definition. It's like the way Zionists brand anyone who criticizes Israel as Antisemitic. And, seriously, was Jan 6 about white supremacy?
Because of the idiotic hyperbole, people stop caring about those labels.
But I think people should be allowed to peacefully display their views.
Again, I don't like Nazis or white supremacists, but I also don't like LGBT rallies, racist BLM supporters, Antifa, environmentalists who block roads, or insane, woke liberals.
who are pissed off about anything that they disagree with.
So, I am not in favor of only restricting right-wing views even though I, myself, am not conservative or right-wing.
I support the First Amendment.

I beg to differ with your statement: "Part of the problem is that Democrats and liberals brand all conservative white people as "white supremacists" which waters down the definition. "
Not at all. We understand that not everyone is like this--but we know that these people exist. Most Leftists will just turn their heads and pretend they doesn't exist, or that they are not dangerous.
When the Proud Boys, the Klu Klux Klan, and other White Supremacist groups are love Trump, and Trump also supports those groups, something is wrong, especially when the US president makes the democrats look as thought they are at fault and has the rightest go against them. He has managed to divide this country, and have people come to the conclusion--like yoursel--that we think all Republicans or Conservatives are white supremacists. Not true-=--although many of them ARE. He has divided the country so much. Here is a perfect example:
During the September 2020 presidential debate, when asked by moderator Chris Wallace to condemn white supremacists and militia groups, Donald Trump explicitly told the Proud Boys to "stand back and stand by." He immediately added, "Somebody's got to do something about Antifa and the left". The exchange drew major media attention and widespread debate regarding its intent and meaning:The Debate Exchange: After Wallace asked Trump to tell these groups to "stand down" and not add to violence, former Vice President Joe Biden specifically interjected with "The Proud Boys." Trump then delivered the "stand back and stand by" quote, quickly turning the conversation to left-wing groups. - 1 mo
"the Proud Boys"
Have you ever actually SEEN the Proud Boys? Clearly not. If you had, you might have noticed that there were plenty of black, Latino, and Asian members. Do you know who the founder was? His name is Enrique Tarrio. Does that sound like a "white" name to you? I hope not, because he's a Latino.
I'm no fan of this group, but there is exactly NOTHING about them that is white supremacist. They were simply slapped with that label in an effort to discredit them - and sadly, that worked.
If you want to criticize them for things they've ACTUALLY done and ACTUALLY believe, I'm all for that. But being so gullible and so lead-by-the-nose by your political party to keep repeating things that are easily and provably false shows that you can't be taken seriously about anything.

1 moI'm probably going to sound like an Uncle Juan for saying this but nowadays a lot of people are selective about what they call racism.
Open hostility toward white people has become socially acceptable in a way that would be condemned instantly if aimed at almost any other group. People mock them, generalize them, blame them collectively for history, and then act confused when some of them become resentful or defensive.
That doesn’t justify white supremacy. It just means you can’t fight racism with more racism and then expect social peace; something leftists have a tough time comprehending. If the goal is to reduce extremism, the answer isn’t smug comedy bits or collective mockery. The answer is applying the same moral standard to everyone.
Racism is wrong because it reduces individuals to skin color. That principle either applies universally, or it’s just tribal politics wearing a moral costume.
Also that comedian is not funny at all. she makes no sense, she should find another job.00 Reply- 7.4K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
1 moBest thing is to stop all non white crime and devious activity, one area at a time. zero defects. All school kids, non white, do their homework and get good grades while focusing on diet and health and achievement. That goes for the chinese and indian ones too... slackers.
Lastly, the parents, non white, form solid relationships and stay together and as well have backup parents (God parents) so that kids have a solid foundation, discipline and structure and support to succeed.
Lastly, they all work hard, growing food, getting along... remmeber, there is no crime... shootings, stabbings, rapes, theft... and their streets are clean of debri and trash. there's no problems...
Then the marchers, whomever they are, have nothing to complain about but themselves and can model their lives after the others. Many still won't want to live around other cultures, but at least they will tolerate them better without griping.
Democrats to the rescue!

@lightbulb27,
Yeah and the White Trash too. Stop the meth labs and gun violence in our rural shithole White Wastelands. - 1 mo
There's "white" areas that have been neglected, time to invest in them. Any politician proclaiming investment in white people won't get far. Yet many such children are impoverished.
- 1 mo
@lightbulb27,
Yeah, but they are losers prone to violence and drugs. It's their White culture. Incest. Sexual assault in trailer parks. Baby daddies on meth. Ignorance. Poor education. Crap work ethic. It's been going on for generations. Invest in what? A giant vacuum cleaner? Poor White Trash are the biggest recipients of welfare and food stamps. by far. Get these White parasites off the taxpayer's backs. - 1 mo
@OneViewpoint some truth, but that's true in my predominantly "black" area as well. Yet I see many caucasion and non black people giving their time talent and treasures to help them. There's some black people as well, but a lot of others. We are dealing with cycles of poverty and cultural damage by trauma in both these communities. If I was near appalacia, I'd reach into those communities as well.
I've engaged with the people you mentioned (whit people trashed) and the children are just children. They end up highly damaged if don't get resources beyond family or learn of an alternate reality... e. g "get out of there".
You get to decide if you make a difference...
we are fighting a losing battle, but it's essential. When "these issues" go bad historically, it's a mess. We don't want that. But once the damage is done, it's hard to retrain.
- 1 mo
Why not deport the White Trash? Send them back where their ancestors came from. They can't cut it in the USA. They are a burden on society. The biggest immigrant groups are Germans, Brits, and Irish. Followed by Italians and Polish.
- 1 mo
@OneViewpoint if born here and generations, they only know this country, they stay. they'd know nothing of where they came from. these were immigrants trapped in poverty cycles... often farmers. there's some awful stories out of these groups.
- 1 mo
But what about Black people whose ancestors were brought here by force? In chains. 200 years ago. And every descendant since then has been deprived of an equal right to vote, employment education, housing, access to lending, medical care, etc. Those people are a problem for your kind but poor White Trash well... it's not their fault, right? Sorry Ace, the poor White Trash need to go. We're cleaning house right? They aren't my problem. Cut them off. Let them starve. Let's see them pull themselves up by their bootstraps. They are the master race after all, right?
- 1 mo
@OneViewpoint noone here said send black people back. that frustration exists amoung some, the white supremacists. I don't know any to speak of. everyone I know is about being better... which means addressing the trauma.
when ask questions about race, always ends up in race battles in circles. I just took a free home cooked meal to a man grieving, out of work. Directed him to jobs Im aware of. didn't know him, but he's decent man... AA... im not. Did that not for race, didn't know his race, but for generocity by God for another man. That is how get better.
focusing on wounded souls like WSupremacists or black inner city trash, be careful being pulled into their world of slime. Work with them to improve yes.
I have no issue if some want to go to other places that are less traumatizing for them (like black AA person move to Nigeria, or caucasion going to England like some stars have)... due to all the social issues we know. But forcing is something else, that be frustration. It can happen be desired, civil war and such, lets not go there.
man, and we have plenty of food and energy and jobs. what happens when we don't. like the Bible says... there will be "weaping and knashing of teeth".

1 moI read a while ago that a town in Germany where some nazi leader is buried once faced such a nuisance. They decided to deal with it with humor and practicality: they sponsored the white supremacist fucks. Participating citizens agreed to give a small amount of money to a anti-radicalization organization for every single step that they took. The more they walked, the more money was generated.
The result was that people were actually cheering them on as they walked and they encouraged them to walk even further, confusing the worthless, goose-stepping pieces of shit.
Thus, they truly became the insignificant tools that they are in reality. Genius.

@Opinion Owner Far-right "christians" in the US are, unfortunately, a large group and they're just as despicable and hateful as the Islamic extremists you hallucinate to be an immediate threat to America.

There is a very big difference between the "white" race and being a White supremacist. Let me show you the difference:

Those are White Supremacists. They believe that they are a superior race and want to get rid of all other people who are not White. I guess you need to be in the US to experience those things and see happens here. - 1 mo
And these people exist today. Te first picture was from 2008, and the last picture--the Klu Klux Klan still exists and even has a website for them. They are the ones who hung Black men and burned their homes down, since 1865. They still exist today--even in some northern states.
That's the difference-- and you should know that this doesn't bother rightists, as much as it does to the left. The Rightests couldn't care any less. - 1 mo
"They believe that they are a superior race and want to get rid of all other people who are not White."
The second part is fucked up, and I doubt there are many people who actually think that way. But the first part, what part of that is untrue? If we're not superior, why are our countries the safest and most advanced, and why are the only successful black nations the ones that chose to remain colonies. And why have we made the greatest advancements in research and exploration.
Blacks are better at sports and entertainment, we're better at governing and research and exploration. Why is that bad to say? - 1 mo
@Turkish-Incel-31 White supremacism is SUPREMACISM. It has nothing to do with the fact that it's ok to be white.
- 1 mo
@KostasKouvalis There ARE people who think that way. Have you ever heard of The Proud Boys, and the Klu Klux Klan?
"Blacks are better at sports and entertainment, we're better at governing and research and exploration." --->. You have not heard of Black scientists, authors, writers, and doctors? Who says we are better?
- 1 mo
They're not actually gonna do it.
Ben Carson, Neil Degrass Tyson, Hakeem Oluseyi, Victor Glover, the guy in Tanzania who's student discovered you can throw boiling water up in the air in cold weather and it instantly freezes.
Authors and writers I don't know any, but I'm sure Obama and Mandela have written some.
Say sports coaches. They don't technically say it, but look at the roasters
