I live in a very nice neighborhood in a very nice town. My neighborhood rarely has a house for sale. The last couple of sales were because the owner died. The town has a good school system and it is still pretty rural with a couple of farms and many people have their own farm animals. However, being in a democart run state we have a low income housing project in town where 80% of the police calls are from and the taxes are very high. However, my town is one of the few that voted for President Trump.
Outside of some corners in Berlin, I don’t think we really have bad neighborhoods? 🤔 At least not in the sense of being in danger of getting shot or robbed.
Good. You sacrifice on the house for a better area. Area is most important. It's your source of peace. You're around other high vibration and less inwardly chaotic people. The suburban areas and villages of England are still England. The England that I know and love. Lots of nice countryside walks within a few minutes from the house. Most other places are shitholes overrun with scum and people who don't respect our values..
As for a neighborhood the one thing about it is that you can choose the neighborhood however you can’t choose your neighbors.
As for my neighborhood it’s still a nice neighborhood KNOCK ON WOOD & hopefully it stays that way. As for my development it’s a small newer development with no amenities, quiet & it’s perfect for me.
It's safe as far as violence... But after working years in buying and selling houses and businesses construction wise... Let's just say shit here is not built the same... Not 100 percent safe

I would never live in a bad area. I’m not gonna invest in a home where I’m gonna be robbed all the time and live in a trashy neighborhood. I have a house and I live on a cul-de-sac where I have peace I’ve even left my doors open all night long wide open when it was hot
I live in a an extended Stay King size aspartment and love it... Not a bad neighborhood but we do get some "bad asses" like an yone else who wants to start trouble. lolxxxxxxxxxxxxx
There are areas with poorer people here but It's not more dangerous, probably leaving a money purse visible in a car can end up with consequences but a group of drunk girls can walk at night through such areas without fear.
It did amuse me that the recent incident involved a man being detained by the Secret Service who had previously attempted to illegally enter the Whitehouse grounds claiming he was Jesus.

Now go back 80 years or so. How the neighborhood had gone to pot.
But a war-torn city is hardly comparable with what today counts as a bad neighborhood, especially when the women are already rebuilding.

@Paris13 How much you hear them? LOL
What are the benefits of an extended stay vs. a monthly apartment? From what I have seen the cost peer month is about the same - $800.

Now I do. UK cities are not a place you could raise children what with the knife crime and the grooming gangs. I like in the US now

Generally very good but there are dangerous areas which I played a small part in bringing under control.
My neighbourhoods are awesome , I never lock the door.
it's a good one...
but... bad people can also live in these, lol
It's a middling neighbourhood
