Eh, I take stories like that with a grain of salt. I'd only be interested in it if the article was examining the over-representation of use-of-force in cases not meeting the requirements for use-of-force.
If use-of-force is warranted and there is still an over-representation of blacks and middle eastern... I don't see an issue as far as police are concerned.
Based on the size and make up of the population, it's utterly ridiculous that "use of force is warranted and there is still an over representation of blacks and middle eastern people." These are words from people who have never been profiled and harassed by cops based on what they look like. You live in a different reality.
No, it seems like quite the racist country they have over there. There's an irony to how much they hate non-white people and immigrants, even though they are a nation of immigrants. But they can also be quite racist against the Native Americans too lol.
Old habits die hard.
Not with the domination of marxism
Maybe they should stop committing crimes and getting belligerent or aggressive.
Yeah, because we all know that white people just naturally don't commit as many crimes! Thanks for showing your ignorant, racist cards!
So saying you should avoid being aggressive or unlawful, which leads to negative police interactions, makes me racist? Okay
No, your assumption that these stats prove to you that the disparity exists simply because of "committing crimes and being belligerent." You imply that this is the only explanation... that Blacks and Middle Eastern people would not be treated this way by law enforcement if they just "cooperated" like white people do. I would suggest that you take a beginner's class in statistics and some history courses, but maybe that would make your brain explode.
No I just explained why I said it. You don't get to ascribe anything else to it.
