Why the fuck is halal meat accepted?

So I worked in a slaughter house and all the meat was killed in the halal way which is pretty brutal. I worked right at the killing end and was able to see first hand how the killing was done. There should be better ways of slaughter that are far more humane. Companies just fucking want money and are fueling religious fools.

Halal meat, or animals being prepared, are 100x better than industrially raised animals because of how it's raised. Industrially raised chickens are often kept in tiny cages with a feeding tube in them that is constantly kept feeding them. Some chickens are actually being genetically altered to be headless. :o

There is a humane way of killing animals. Its called hunting. Death of an animal should be done quick and inr the most painless way possible.

Oh, really? That is the exact opposite of what the halal practice is supposed to be.

We have a large Muslim community here, and I hear it from everyone. Perhaps even they are being deceived.

Not surprised. Business care about profits, not your religious practices.
