The most mind blowing one is curling. Why oh why is curling gender separated?
Does every sport really need to be separated by gender?
The most mind blowing one is curling. Why oh why is curling gender separated?
The truth is that anything that involves strength, speed and even dexterity it doesn't matter how good a women is at it there is always going to be a man better. It sucks but its because men evolved to be able to protect and provide for women and women evolved to have and rise kids. I don't know much about skateboarding but look at snowboarding and compare the tricks that males and females do its not even close. Then there is baseball and golf which the males hit the balls farther and run around the bases faster.
So my father was a amateur MMA fighter and he wanted to teach my two older brothers how to do it but they didn't want to but I wanted to so he taught me to fight since I was like 12. I only do it for fun and exercise. I am 5ft 9 and very strong for a women and I thought I was really good and could take on men but never tried it. I had a wake up call when I brought a guy friend that is roughly the same size I am but he never exercised at to come to my gym and I would show him some stuff. After about 30 min of me showing him the basics I told him to try to fight me the best he could and I thought I would be able to dodge/block his blows and no problem because I can for all the other women I practice with. I was ready but his strikes were faster than anything I had experienced and one got me and it felt like I got hit by a truck and I am used to being hit by women. I stood no chance verse him.
But you wanted non contact sports so what about power lifting where men are lifting over 1000 pounds and women max out at like 500. Or soccer is non really contact the last women world cup wining team lost to a high school JV team in practice. Or sprinting and swiming. But there are also sports like chess that are mental there are reason that most chess pros are men and its because of biology women are more likely to be right in the middle of intelligence while men have a lot more outliers so there are more dumb men but also more male geniuses.
It sucks but without male and female sports there would be no female sports players because they would stand no chance of winning.
Okay so here's my take on this, it'll be very cliché based:
What games do most little boys play? Sports, video games, fight.
What games do most little girls play?
Cooking, dancing, playing the mom.
Now in their teenage years when guys gain muscles what do girls gain? Weight in their boobs and periods every month with hormones that f them up with it.
What do girls also get thanks to media? Realising that they're not good enough so there comes eating disorders making some anorexic and so very weak whilst others try to gain weight to get those fancy curves.
Guys get more competitive through that time because that's what they are told to be.
Now all I've said is the recap of a VERY stereotypical world, this does not apply to everyone on this earth obviously.
However, if you take a guy and a girl who lived through this cliché life stories, how do you expect them to straight out of teen years or in those even to have equal strength in all sports. This question of equality in sports wasn't asked early enough.
By this take I'll just like to point out that it's not just biological but also society to blame for this difference of competition and strenght.
Now to the guys saying they could beat any and every girl with no training whatsover, fuck you.
“If I had muscles and training then I could whoop men too”
You’re mistaken. Muscles don’t equal ability to fight.
Training doesn’t equal ability to fight. It’s the will. Ever heard of something called testosterone?
Well I’ll tell you something. Testosterone make a man aggressive. Really aggressive.
So much so that when faced against a woman of formidable strength and training, he could take her down easily, with much violence.
Another thing, women don’t produce large surpluses of testosterone the way men do. They don’t build muscle as efficiently as men, and their body is naturally less suited to certain physical demands.
Many, many female athletes (depending on the sport) take testosterone or other forms of steroids. Doing so gives them a chance at actually bulking up. You see powerlifters do this, and even MMA fighters.
Men naturally have a physiological advantage over women when it comes to kinesthetics in every way possible (except for flexibility, but that’s a different issue).
A woman my need to spend months or even years to get to the same muscle mass as a man who’s never trained a day in his life. That’s the truth. Granted there are plenty of “men” that have been dealt the more “feminine” card, but that’s only a portion of the male population.
Even Chess is separated by gender.
Men dominate all sports, all games, all contests.
If a man wanted to dominate a quilting contest, or knitting, or whatever girly thing that you think women rule at, cooking, typing, whatever. A man would CRUSH all. Even cleaning. When a woman can't shampoo her own carpets and she calls a professional, what gender is he? Exactly. Women are supposed to be good cooks, yeah well turn on the television, who's getting paid to teach all you women how to cook? Gordon Ramsay. Bobby Flay. Guy Fieri. All guys. Who gets paid to EAT food? Anthony Bourdain. Andrew Zimmern. That one hamburger guy. ALL MEN.
We men just have the Faustian Spirit, it makes us all fundamentally unconquerable. I don't know what kind of "spirit" women are animated by, if any. But I would definitely say it ain't too Faustian.

My general viewpoint is that if there is a gender difference that gives one side an innate advantage more than your standard, there is reason to separate. For curling, I looked it up and came to the conclusion that I don't know enough about the sport to say for certain, but it seems like there is reason to keep it separate.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/olympics/in-olympic-curling-men-and-women-are-not-created-equal/2018/02/06/af74bf5e-0b37-11e8-8890-372e2047c935_story.html
If something is truly technique based and has no biological 'class' difference, I agree with you-- it makes sense to have it co-ed. Regarding the "And does gender really make a difference in non contact sports like baseball or golf?" I think it matters still to an extent, because it could still be a physical advantage. Sure, women can be plenty strong and in many cases be stronger than men, but men on a fundamental level have a biological advantage in things like gaining muscle, having larger frames for the muscle, testosterone, etc.. (I.e. Something like weightlifting, albeit non-contact, has substantial difference between male/females https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Olympic_records_in_weightlifting )
Especially in a professional-level sport, making things co-ed for many sports would leave a field where it's very-male dominated with a smattering of women here and there. Personally, I find it much more enjoyable to have a separate playing field in that case, where we see the peak of each gender.
@morimeme1 ooh I didn't even notice! Must've got swamped in my notifications. I'll make a reply in the next day or so. To make sure I'm fresh on it, I'll probably have to reread the whole conversation, and I remember it was getting a bit long lol
Because far too many sniveling cowards who want to beat up those not strong enough to fight back use gender-inclusive BS in sports so they can commit assault and battery, get a hard boner from doing do, not go to prison for it, and have media sociopaths praise them as "brave" for it too! While making the victim foot the entire hospital bill! Some "bravery " that takes!
Then, they label you "phobic" for wanting to hold them accountable, and send goons from Europe to harass you on Instagram. And if you ask on Facebook why the "brave" one didn't pay a cent for the hospital bill, you get Zuck gulaged for 30 days for "hate speech"!
We aren't falling for the con games anymore. There's a backlash coming, and the slimeballs behind the games going on right now are going to find a vengeful man with his harmed daughter in his mind, waiting for then behind every blade of grass with a shotgun in tow. Call it a boogaloo, if you will.
I'm glad you have the sense to see that media outlets see you as a pawn. It's hardly the only game being played. In fact, America has been getting played since HW Bush. From nearly every angle.
Because women just aren't as good. It's not just physical strength, men seem to be better at spacial awareness and so forth. For example is there any reason you never see professional snooker players? No strength required yet there are no top level women. I am sure there are many great women snooker players but just not good enough to get on the combined leader board. Women can train and be better than some men but men just always have an advantage in many areas. For example an average man can throw a ball further than I think 80-90% of women. So a woman needs to train hard just to become mediocre average and her peak is going to be below a man's
I think endurance sports could be shared. Women have optimal endurance potential Allowing them a more constant consistent longer stretch of exertion, Bc of the fat storage. Men have advantage in short sustained hard bursts of energy. Probably sharing raw muscle power based sports, Would not be reasonable.
but I don't know it’s hard to say. A person doesn't need to ha e the same physique to be better. Skill accounts for so much. Look at marry so artists.. . Often they are quite shall but is urs full of power and technique. Women and men. And in cases the small agility is benefit.
I don’t really know enough about what happens over time when both women and men get equal time effort respect promotion and FUNDING in sports, what would happen... None of us do Bc it’s never been done. Women always get the shirt stuck in sports. That has an impact in every way.
But I find it interesting the way irl I meet non active women and men who always like to explain how women will always be too weak. They have no imagination Bc they do nothing themselves.
The women believe women are weak Bc they themselves are, and it feels better to think of it as normal instead of having to go move.
The men seem to enjoy the idea women are weak Bc it makes them feel less so themselves.. again instead of strengthening. Just “think of how weak women are. “
Fact is playing field is do unequal and there is so much prejudice clouding any other way of thinking , we can’t get real information.
No... just no! There is a physical reason why females cannot compete with males in sports. If we are talking about endurance then can you explain soccer? Basketball? All endurance related sports also have world records held by men. Your athletic ability has to do with your ability. Most professional athletes have the resources to be the best athlete they can be. There is no excuses.
Maybe in 2 generations those women will have passed down their genes to make other women who can compete with men, but right now that just can't happen.
Well yeah, men are built physically stronger than us. It gives a natural advantage that no amount of feminist theory can overcome. We aren't the same. Now in your question you're cherry picking sports to support your case, and not always good choices. Golf for example women can't drive as far as men. Why is curling separated by gender? Again men can put more power into the stones if they're going to strike out the stones of opposing teams.
Sorry to burst the bubble, but we aren't equal physically.
Every sport requires strength else it's not a sport.
They are not shared because it just wouldn't be fair. If women and men are participating in any sport the number of contestants will have to be split between them else the league will be called sexist. That would mean leaving out men who are easily stronger than some women who made it. And if the selection is purely based on skills I garantes you no woman would make the cut. Most men even dont. So women having their own leagues in all sports actually works in their favor that way they can shine and compete to be the best.
And before I get attacked and called sexist just pick any sports you like. Now go dig up the athlete who is ranked last in the pro league of that sports. Now try and find 10 women who are definitely stronger. I assure you you won't. Maybe there is one or two but it's simply biology that men have more physical ability and are generally taller with wider reach and bigger steps.
Every year tests our done that prove and reprove again the advantage men have in sports, even when non contact and accounting for same weight. Unless it's a sport like shooting to where there is not a physical element to any serious degree. Men will have an unfair advantage at the same skill level. Even golf.
Wasn't that long ago when a high school boys soccer team, beat the US women's soccer team. The highschoolers were not even national level athletes and men by and large don't stop developing till near 25
"If I had muscles and training then I could whoop men too." Actually, trained female athletes are still weaker than untrained men. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/7253873/
Sexual dimorphism exists. Just like women have more developed breast tissue, men have more developed muscle mass.
@VIVANT There is not a single thing in this universe that woMEN are better at than MEN. You are delusional. You definitely have an inferiority complex towards men. I have never been to a gym ever in my life but I can guarantee with my life that I could beat all of the 3.8 billion women in any strength related competition with ease. Not because I am a 6 footer who weighs 215 pounds, but because I am a man. Don't bullshit me with your endurance crap. You are inferior just accept it and move on. If I start going to the gym then I will become invincible. Suck it up buttercup and stop dreaming nonsense lmao.
@TheEagle_000 really? Your the one showing insecurity here buddy
@Mad_man_x Come on old man, you running out of testosterone and thus supporting these women in their false nonsense doesn’t mean that i wouldn’t laugh at their absurdity. Go bring me a cup of tea will you?
@Mad_man_x and it’s “you are” not “your”. Come on man, grammar is important.
@TheEagle_000 you’ve never been to a gym nor, I presume, trained to fight yet you think you could beat a female MMA fighter or a female black belt? You’re delusional.
@TheEagle_000 screw off. That's not what I said
yup. or else men will shit all over women in the majority of sport as we see with all those transgenders wiping the floor with women in female sports. that's just how it is. yeah sure in sports like archery and darts, it doesn't make sense but in everything that needs strength, there must be separation or else it's unfair.
one very rational and unbiased way is to just look at testosterone levels. testosterone rises your performance. people use it for doping. men have so much of it naturally, a woman would need obvious doping to get to that level.
Curling? Barbell curls? Because I'll beat you.
But I bet you might get me on scrabble. We used to cherish each other for what were good for... and I have pain seeing this conflict of trying to delegitimize opposition... see what social Marxism has done to unity?
Yeah no idea what it is...
Oh shit, that's that game rich people do. You play polo too?
Fancy shit... the only Ice sport I'm playing is to empty out my fridge and sleep in it. I used to play street hockey a lot... always wondered what that would be like on ice instead of roller blades.
Its easy as hell to sit there and say "if I trained hard and ate right I could beat the shit out of them". We call that being an armchair quarterback. Losers do it constantly.
But face it: there's even a separate women's professional billiards league. They made it out of necessity because even a sport that relies purely on skill and focus is dominated by men. Even women who've been playing all their lives can't compete with the top 10% of men.
Saying it is too easy. Why haven't you proven it to the world yet?
I'd agree. Look at any golfer and they're not muscle bound, it's more about technique. Look at any marathon, hundreds of men get beaten by women each race and nobody bats an eye. At a professional level I think would be hard to compete in many sports but at an amateur level where there's more over lap in physical ability it should be possible. Another possibility is to adapt sports so both can compete, tag rugby is a good example.
Sorry to say this but Male golfers also hit further than females can and so do baseball athletes. Also, all the world records for any physical sports go to males, even the ones that dont necessarily involve strength. Everything from running to swimming, a man can train less and still beat most women. There is one interesting thing though, the women who break world records today are actually on par with world records for men in the 60s and 70s. So while women are training and trying to improve, guys are actually becoming more athletic.
You do realize the Australian national women's mean lost badly to a 16 year old boys' soccer team, right? Women can only match guys when the guys don't train much and the girls train a lot, and that is only in a few sports.
Most guys wouldn't play the adapted sports, so it would basically just be a women's league with a few guys hoping to have sex with the girls playing.
And how does tag rugby work? You have to push eachother to start the game.
Tag rugby is a common training method used by both male and female teams where instead of tackling your opponent to the ground you yank their tag.
My point is although men are statistically stronger than women there is sufficient overlap in physical strength to allow some competition. I'm 4ft 10 and slim built yet I'm faster and stronger than SOME men so why shouldn't I complete. I can't beat you all but I can beat enough of you to enjoy it.
Guys are still faster and can run longer than females and can dodge opponents better too. Guys are literally design to hunt and kill, its just not the same
I think it's fear of losing to a girl that's the reason you don't want to compete.
If you are going to make multiple levels of skill for each sport, and ignore gender you could do it, but from my experience I don't like playing with girls. If they knock you over or beat you you look bad, and if you knock them over you still lock bad. Guys can't really play commercially with girls because they can't play properly and freely.
And you can probably only beat the men who dont train a day in their life and have low testosterone. I was 15 years old weighing 115 pounds with no training and was able to leg press 200 pounds and i was able to life 120 pounds. The average guy has 15× the amount of testosterone that a average women has, the hormone that gives strength. I have about 1300 ml of testosterone naturally which can sometimes be achieved through steroids for guys with lower levels but still its possible for men, not women. Im sorry, but you can probably compete with like the lower 5% of men. Thats just the truth. Also, if you are 4'11 you are not going to run faster than a guy who is in good shape who is on average 1 foot taller. His legs are longer and so are his arms.
Sorry, last comment. I do believe that it is possible for women to catch up with men especially in your case but just not in this generation. Maybe if you have kids those genes can be passed down and they would be stronger than a lot of other kids
Wait, you are telling me that im scared to compete with a girl or him? Hahahahahah if you are talking about me then what do you do? I can easily beat you
Crazy feminist
Are you really arguing their are no sports we can compete together in? That no woman out their is physically superior to you or more skilled. That you can beat all the sportswomen you see on tv. What about Fallon Sherrock who beat a man in the darts championship? (I don't personally think darts a sport but many do) surely any sport where skill counts more than physical ability could be a candidate.
I can say with confidence that i am stronger than at least 85% of females
Yes... and no... women and men do legitimately have different anaotmies. In some sports those differences can make a big enough difference that it would not be a fair contest to men or to women.
However I feel some sports can easily make room for boys and girls to play together.
There are some sports that could be coed, especially the non-contact ones, but men are faster, stronger, and have more endurance than women; so, if we didn't have a separate sports league for women then there wouldn't be any woman Olympic medalists, world champs, etc.
Swimming, running, lifting, just about anything in track (especially jumping in every way)... Really, women would be shutout, which is why many don't want transgenders in women sports.
agree, some not... bowling, chess, mud wrestling, snow jumping, motocross, things where there is qualifying time.
We should have a GAG "Decathalon"... what would be the sports?
A round of golf (skill), a round of chess (smarts), juggling (multi tasking), endurance (20 mile bike, 2 mile run, followed by a math test)... something like that.
sounds like fun:)
Yes because whilst men & women are treated as equals in most social situations and employment. When it comes to sport they each have their advantages. For example men produce way more testosterone than women, therefore have an advantage when it comes to physical activities.
Whats an advtanage that women will have in sports? Im genuinely asking.
@Ummmmmmm222 gymnastics. Cheerleading. Beaty contests. Ballet
@Thomas__Shelby gymnastics? Men have 6 events to complete while women have four, there are also differences in this sport so it cannot be compared. I cannot comment on ballet, but i rolled my eyes that the beauty contest comment lol.
Being more flexible maybe.
Physical yes it make since it were talking something like shuffle board yes baseball is more of speed of pitching the max women 69 MPH which most amateur guys can hit my max is 80 at 16 ( I mist a year so I stopped playing I have not idea what I can do now maybe 50)
i know the rules of golf but once again I think that’s biased on how far women can hit the ball,
Gaming yes women can match men Pokeman is just as good as ninja but she doesn’t get recognition like ninja or tfue
Men have more strength, which gives them an advantage in skateboarding, baseball and golf. Women in professional golf tea off closer that the guys do, they can't hit the ball as hard in golf and baseball, or run as fast. Strength is important for some tricks in skateboarding.
What do you mean gender seperated?
Whoever told you skateboarding was gender seperated?
Give me an example of gender seperated skateboarding...
Because i have seen a few females skateboarders in videos, and 1 in real life,
Just because they aren't common doesn’t mean its gender seperated, it jus means less girls wanna skate than guys
Probably because they dont enjoy it as much
But no one ever drew a line and said “no girls can skateboard”
So I don't know wtf your talking about
If you’re gonna look at it like that then i guess we guys can say you girls are being seperated and sexist to us by making ballet a girls sport and not for guys,
Fucking sexist!!!
Some women seem to not know what they want.
First, they shout for ladies-only parking and similar stuff.
Next they feel excluded from activities.
Make up your mind, guys :D
As for sports: it is not necessary - but does it hurt?
True: women-only sports are unfair towards men, because it's not our fault or choice to be men.
Personally, though: I don't mind that I cannot participate i. e. in the paralympics or playing in the women's football league.
Yes they do, because the difference between men and women's physical capabilities is just that big.
Obviously there are some sports were you don't have to because it's reliant on skill and not physical capability like horse back riding or shooting. But when it comes to physical sports using their own bodies yes it does need to be separated.
We got to accept that men and women are built differently. Both our minds and body work differently...
Females really can't build much muscle mass as much as guys. Hence guys will always be physically superior than females.
Like females can only give birth🤷🏿♀️
I suppose it’s because men and women’s body’s are different? No matter how much a woman works out she’s not going to be stronger than a man who does too. It’s just not possible. 😔 So it would be unfair to pit a woman against a man due to not being able to have that strength. But with skateboarding or something I have no idea. That just seems dumb.
Curling... that’s a good question. I suppose there is no reason for it not to be merely coed. As for skating and whatnot of the similar ilk, also a good question. I mean I suppose a guy could catch “bigger air”, but times competitions and strength versus strength aside, you have a legitimate question. Perhaps pose it to the IOC and see what kind of feedback you get in return. It’s a good as start as any where athletics is concerned at least.
skateboarding is gender-separated? weird I thought it wouldn't be since Elissa Steamer has been in most of the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater games.
anyways I think they remain this way because is they unite both genders then women are gonna whine and complain more than ever when they get continuously beaten by men since testosterone does make a huge difference
Umm yeah... Cause men will always have a slight advantage in sports cause they have more muscle and are in general built stronger.
Now if you count darts and billiards as sports then those I think should be mixed. Reason being they don't require a whole lot of strength, they're more focused on accuracy and finesse.
And actually if I remember correctly I think archery does have mixed teams.
Any sport with physicality involved has to be separated to make it fair for both men and women. Even in golf and baseball, men hit harder and further on average. In terms of sports like darts and snooker those don't have to be separated, but due to societal influence and long term separation of gender the standard is so distinct it will still take years before men and women can compete on an equal standing.
Baseball and golf are both poor examples because driving strength in golf and throwing strength, swing strength, and speed matter greatly in baseball, and biologically at the elite level men are stronger and faster.
Sports that do not rely upon those things probably should not be separated.
Sports like darts, archery, and chess that don't require being athletic physically, those can be combined. But guys usually have the advantage of being physically more athletic in general than women, though with gymnastics I think women tend to have a little bit of an advantage.
Yes because men don't just have an edge in strength but also in competitiveness. There's many games that don't require strength but men are still better, chess, pro gaming, anything you can think of.
@VIVANT Oh really? Where are the female pro gamers then? They suck. The only females who were ever good were transgender females weird coincidence. Women know they'll make more money streaming with less effort and they don't care as much about winning or being the best as guys. Otherwise we would already have seen female pro gamers.
Even the best female chess player said women don't try as hard. by the way almost all male competitions are open to women too like the NBA or chess or esports but there's just not any women good enough. That's why leagues where only women can compete exist. In chess women do sometimes compete with men but the best women just can't compete for the number 1 spot at least not yet.
www.newshub.co.nz/.../...hard-as-male-players.html
Hmm, well... Aren't girls scores sometimes lower then the guys scores, in sports.. like.. think about it... if women's and men's scores were combined to make one score board, a lot of the time, a guy would be first place... I could be wrong
Some sports like bowling are divided by gender teams. Girls 1 & 2 and Boys 1 & 2 in a high school setting. But in most professional leagues may have coed teams which makes it more fun and enjoyable.
I suppose if you say "every" then no but most sports should be separated. More specifically by biological sex. Men are even better at chess but there are a lot of women really good or at least could be good at chess. It's only at the very top where the separation is. So I think non contact sports should still be separated. Unless you want almost no women in the top rankings of the sport, then you can merge them.
I think most sports yes, men are just more physically capable which puts them at a huge advantage over women in almost all sports. Even baseball men have an advantage because they are faster. Golf and curling maybe you have a point, but I don't know much about either sport, so maybe there is a good reason, I don't know.
The only difference in golf is power. More force means more power. More power means the ball travels further. More force means more mass and speed. You get where this is going
I mean, men and women do have different bodies. It would be like having an apple and orange compete - you can't. There has to be a basic level to compare them to and you can't do that if they're different.
I don't know enough about all sports to really give an answer for that.
Though with a good bit of them sadly you do because we are built differently. Men are physically stronger than women, on average and there is no shame in that.
watch the xgames. men jump higher and do more tricks.
womem athletes are strong, but only when compared to the average male. Male athletes are are just better and it shows in every single Olympic record or any record for that matter. males hold more impressive results
Few years ago a professional woman's basketball team went up against a boy college basketball team, and said teenagers kicked the shit out of them.
Sports is gender segregated because if it wasn't, women wouldn't win anything.
I think that every sport should be separated by gender for specific events, but also that they should have an equally supported non gender specifying event for those who want to see how different people of different genders stack up against each other.
Probably not all non contact sports. But some do have to be. Like tennis for example. The men play at a much higher intensity than the women. Even Serena Williams couldn't beat anyone in the men's top 200
No, there is no need to separate any sport by gender. I usually always train with the boys because the training is
is more effective, demanding and thougher. I have never done this women's variant of pushups. Where's the problem with doing the normal pushups? And I do a lot of fullcontact sports.
Yes, of course.
That's not true! Let me give you some examples:
In the traditional 100-mile trail run in Leadville, Colorado, almost all women but not even half of the men finish. In the Dragon’s Back, (a grueling stage race) through Wales over five days with a height difference of twice the height of Mount Everest, the Scottish Jasmin Paris took first place, two hours ahead of her partner. A woman also won the Swiss Irontrail, which covers an incredible 202 kilometers, in 2014. Not just the women's ranking - no, Denise Zimmermann was almost 40 minutes faster than the first man. And these are just a few examples in which women competed against men directly under the same conditions and won outstandingly. 💪👊
We know that there are many great female athletes. Yet go check the times made by male and female competitors on average on the Olympic games. In everything. You named only races, but feel free to do it to any modality.
See what happened to Lucia Rijker. Pro fighter, undefeated in her professional career. Decided to fight a man. He was a nobody, she was a start of the sport. Same weight class. It was set up for her to win. She was knocked out on the second round.
Yes you can win. Sure you can. On average is still very unfair to you to compete against us. Even women who have go against transgender athletes in tracking say it's unfair and that keeps them away from the podium.
www.courant.com/.../...b6dnw2dwpftiw6ru-story.html
Yeah of course. Women and men are not equal when it comes to strength and thinhs involving being physical
Take a look at the top chess player and the men's and women's scores. There's a reason why there are two classes.
I think it totally depends on the sport. Men still tend to be physically stronger so a sport that really relies on that wouldn’t really work.
In most sports. However, there may be a few exceptions such as horse jumping and rifle shooting where strength and muscle mass is not much of a factor.
The sports that “trans” women want to compete should not be separated by gender. Let’s see if they stay in it when their cheating edge is gone.
Of course and they were mediocre at best. The Connecticut “trans women” HS sprinters (who had no operation but just “said” they are women) wouldn’t even of qualified for state in the men’s bracket.
If yet to see a trans man compete with biological men in a high level sport and be champions.
When it all comes down to it this just another gross abuse of political correctness.
Most sports allow women in the mens side, but not vice versa. Yet, you NEVER see women taking that chance.
You really think that if the women were competitive, they would not take that chance?
Any sport that is physical needs to be separated. Since the abundance of scientific biological and physiological evidence is well known to all - I'll just say that it annoys feminazis, and anything that annoys that filth is fine by me!
Technically not all sports, E-Sports for example is open for everyone. Technically chess is a sport, as considered by the International Olympics committee.
So not all sports need to be separated by gender.
Of course, because if that happens, almost no women will qualify for most professional sports.
Probably not.
It helps women though.
