Does your bust size disrupt your training?

Do any of you girls love to exercise, but find that your bust size and ‘bouncing’ sometimes gets in the way of your training? I find that when running, practicing martial arts and sparring, I have to wear a very good sports bra or tight tops to support myself. Do any girls also have to make this consideration when working out? I wouldn’t change my physique in any way, but I would like to hear how your bust (large, medium or small) affects your exercise and training? Thank you.
