First time I went to stadium I was very young, It was Spain- Georgia and whole Stadium was full. I loved the atmosphere there. Loved the sense of belonging to 51 000 other people gathered with the same passion as I had at that very moment.
Years have passed and Georgian football wasn’t really that good, so I never watched it. I always supported Georgian rugby though.
But on 27th of March, we got the amazing victory and probably that day Georgia wanked 1st on the list of happiest countries in the world and since then we are still in awe, united and excited for what’s about to come.
It feels like football once again united the whole nation and even those who were once divided by the politics are now united by football.
How does it happen that this sport has such a huge power on people?
