Let me take you to an Island in the Indian Ocean | Mauritius.
Out of the blue we decided to go on a trip exploring the south of the Island. This part of the Island is known as ‘Wild South’ because its untampered nature.
1st & 2nd stop | Bazar Rose Belle & Food court
Usually the market is divided in 2 sections fruits/vegetables & clothes/accessories/souvenirs.
We also needed fuel for the stomach.
3rd stop| Alexandra Falls Viewpoint
4th stop| Plaine Champagne
This place is known for picking ‘goyaves de chine’ (guava). Despite being off season we collected a few.
5th stop| Chamarels Falls viewpoint
6th stop| Chamarel
This world famous attraction is a unique volcanic geological phenomenon resulting in seven colours of earth.
7th stop| Chamarel view point
This place was just WOW. I came here for the first time. Wished we stayed till sunset.
8th stop| Maconde
9th stop| Pont naturel
Last stop | Home
Unfortunately or fortunately Sunday doesn’t come with that pause button.
P.S This is just a few places I went, the Island holds more treasure.
