Torontonians and Non-Torontonians! Do you think that Toronto Dundas Square has modified better or modified to fast?

Currently, from Toronto, Canada. Toronto's Dundas Square from early 1990 to 2023 has changed due to new age technological infrastructures and upgrades. Now, those of you who are from the city and those of you who just came for holidays. Visiting families and friends. Has the financial district capital modified rapidly or becoming more finer?

Dundas Square no longer has the character it did even 15 years ago. It’s trying to be like Times Square, and catering more to tourists and suburbanites from the 905 than it is to actual Torontonians. It’s a total farce and a shitshow now - far too commercialized with all the ridiculous billboard ads and such. The city put so much money into revitalizing the square to an unnecessary degree, and yet did nothing to actually support the homeless people now taking shelter under fancy awnings.
