I am unable to select the MHO for the girls as it won't let me, I'm sorry.
Thank you all for your answers. I am not from the east coast so it's nice to hear things from your perspective. Hopefully, things get better for those unable to get gas.
My kid sister in Atlanta called me 5/11 after work panicked that she could not find gas, and she had been in line to get gas when the station ran out literally one car ahead of her. I immediately filled up my gas tank, ran to walmart, and bought two 2.5 gallon cans. (everything bigger was sold out.) Then filled those. My mom found gas after going to five different stations.
Gasbuddy says a lot of gas stations in major SE USA cities have no gas.
I live in Florida. We don't even get our gas through the pipeline but rather all from tanker trucks and the gas station down the street is now charging $5.99 a gallon with a five gallon limit.
Watching the news this evening I saw that 2/3 of the gas stations in a major city near me are completely out of gas. Our governor declared a state of emergency but we have been assured the gas will be available in the next couple of days.
@crazyish My buddy owns a U-Haul franchise and he said he's had six cancelations in the last few days and three of his customers returned the vehicles without putting gas in because they couldn't find any to buy. I don't have my own vehicle because I live in the city and don't really need one all the time and insurance is way too expensive but I do rent a U-Haul van once a month to run errands I can't do on a bicycle. I got one last week the day before the hacking happened and it was expensive even then. Gas near me is now twice the price it was before. But as someone who has been through a few natural disasters (hurricanes, blizzards etc) I am always prepared. I have two 20 gallon underground tanks and two five gallon gas cans filled with gasoline all the time. So this won't affect me at all directly other than when truck drivers can't deliver things. My Amazon driver today told me there might be some delays in the next few days.
@Leavesbound That is insane. I didn't even think of places like uhaul and Amazon. 6 cancelations yikes! Even 20 miles out from where I live I had to wait in line to get gas. And gas prices are still up there. I do live in a tourist area so that probably explains the extra craziness of people around here lol. Dang I should probably be prepared like that.. smart thinking.
@loveslongnails Tbh I can't really say I blame him. But yeah I totally agree. Another bullshit scam. Sadly, that's all it is these days..

What's Your Opinion? Sign Up Now!I'm in North Carolina about 70% of the state is without gas right now. Thank god I drove a 4 cylinder car and work is only a mile away
It’s affecting peoples emotions, patience moods also. Near where I live a lady tried to cut in line of people waiting for gas. Since no one would let her in so she decided to push her way in. She hit a suv in the front end, then she gets out of her car and goes up to the suv and spit in the drivers face. He gets out of the the suv and hits her then the fight start. Weird both were arrested.

I have a full tank currently, and I often have very little reason to go out somewhere, so I haven't experienced any issues. My work is remote, I live right next to a grocery store, and I even have plenty of other food places & entertainment (*cough* guitar center *uncough*) right by, so I should be good for a long while. I can't say I'm worried.
Nope, I saw that coming… Q warned about it all the way back on 17-Jul-2020. Klaus Schwab the Bond Villian of Davos was toss out veiled threats that the commie World Economic Forum was going to do it months ago as part of their Great Reset/Build Back Better strat. No shits given, already ahead of the game...
https://www.youtube.com/embed/0DKRvS-C04oIt affects us all because it speaks volumes about the vulnerabilities of our resource infrastructure. If they hack gasoline. They might hack electricity next. Terrorism and chaos is inevitable because people will always find a way to take advantage of vulnerabilities. Old fashion may be slow but everything has its pros and cons
I'm a Lyft driver currently (lost my job at the jail for a dumb reason). Gas is vital to my job and has been tough to come by. Yesterday I saw a man fill his truck and put gas in 3 containers. When he was not looking I took a canister, put it in my tank and put it back. It was funny watching the dumbass pick up the can he just filled and not even question why it was empty. He simply refilled it again. Greedy bastard.
The drug towns close to me are out of gas cause the Meth-heads freaked out. I assume they think they can re-sell it for more Meth, but who really knows. (They're probably huffing it) As for my town, no one comes here and our gas station isn't on the main road so, so far so good.
I'm in eastern pa its not effecting us yet however they media outlets already getting people worked up like they did with the tp shortage not to long ago. I have seen people already taking gas cans to pumps to fill up as many as they have. the media is the real problem getting the easily influenced acting crazier then they normally are.
Apparently 60% of gas stations in Atlanta are out of gas. I am affected professionally, I guess, because we still need to fill up the cruisers every day, but I personally am able to walk to work and don't drive much outside of work.
Nope. I’m on the west coast, and gas is always wickedly expensive in BC, Canada to begin with. BC=Bring Cash
Yeah there’s no none in my county right now. I still have half a tank so I should be good for a little while.
I work at Kroger's fuel station in the Lawrenceville GA. on the corner of Duluth 120 and Riverside and the customers are showing their true colors on how gritty and selfish they can be and there being stupid about The Georgia resident-only know how to do one thing and that's panic.
They will eventually affect all of us. Gas is going to have to be transported from another location. Snowball effect from there. This is all don’t buy design though. Notice how all these major things happen at once. Gas shortage, Bombing to Israel, food prices up 4.2% last month ALONE!
I live in Pennsylvania so far no shortages, all good, hopefully we continue this way, able to to get gas for work.
The gas shortages are not affecting me personally thankfully.
Gas shortages are effecting us some, but mostly because people are worried about a gas shortage, so many more people than usual, were filling up today.
NO, I live in the northeast and my wife gassed up yesterday and she said that even though the prices have gone up another nickle there were no crowds.
Our locale is not served by the Colonial pipeline, so we aren't experiencing shortages here.
Of course gasoline is a volatile-priced commodity, & the news is causing pump prices to climb.
Was a queue this morning but otherwise nothing much yet
Not at This Time but I do Ned gas by Early next week. This just makes Biden look more dementia ridden is all.
@Leavesbound Um, He made Enemies with Russia and they Got HIM. Never had a Problem with Uncle Donald. xx
We were already enemies with Russia as proven by their attempt to meddle in our elections and Trump was the worst tin pot dictator wannabe in US history, is a traitor and belongs in prison.
