Why is there no mass shootings in the third world?

The rate of civilian arm possession in the third world is similar to that in the US and still not organised or licensed at all. Drug abuse exists wildly, low income, there are many motives for maniacs to mass shoot. However it barely happened once or twice.

Whereas in high income population like the US it has become an annual routine! And when it happens the spectrum start blaming each other, between fascist and anarchist.

What does American youth think? Are libertarians right that government is the root of all evil? Do prescription drugs play part? Highly productive economies affecting general mental health? Is it because US automatic weapons seem like plastic toys. Why?

Obviously are false flag operations. There are so many false flag operations in the USA. Most countries have false flags but the USA has an extreme number of false. Such events by disturbed individuals used to happen in the USA twice in a century. Now they are happening every month; more than 100 times as often.

People can change but their basic nature doesn't change much; certainly not to that extreme. No intelligent and logical person believes there are 100 times more disturbed people than a generation ago. Therefore, the only explanation is they are false flag operations by powerful people in favor of gun control; most likely, people high in the government that wish to disarm the public. Also, the government controls the investigations and will not allow independent investigations that would reveal the truth about the false flags.

because they dont let their kids play COD or what ever the latest shoot them up game is underage. there is a good reason these games are rated 18 and not 5, yet people seem to think that its ok to let kids watch movies and play games with mass shootings, its been normalized in their heads from a young age.

What the topic is about, it is about someone carrying their owned personal weapon (classically machine guns) and then shooting at specially kids schools or worship places.
