IF US gets in war with Russia and China , can you say Good Bye to Green Movement and electric cars?

We are all but at war with Russia now and China is pushing it. These two countries have all the things the US doesn't have much of. US can't defeat Russia and China , nor can we ever invade either.

We are two dependent on China (90% of products in stores ) Lithium for batteries, China buying US debts. Our leaders have screwed the people with these China deals. If we went cold Turkey and banned all Chinese goods and money , US would probably collapse. We should never have gotten this dependent on China.

Yes it is over for libs because China has 90% of worlds Lithium and Russia has most of worlds Nickel, copper, palladium, platinum.

The dependence on China to fund government debt has declined and isn't as much of a point of leverage as the amount of the manufacturing that has been shifted to China, including pharmaceuticals and even food.

The real questions in a war with China are whether we could maintain supply lines with the theater of war so far from the US homeland, whether military communications would be disrupted, and whether we could manufacture enough war material to sustain a long conflict. But re-shoring key manufacturing sectors back to the US is an absolute must for the private economy as well. Expensive energy makes it harder to sustain war, which would need fossil fuels.

Well said, I think most people ignore the reality that most debt in the USA is owned by the taxpayer.
I am not even certain if China holds the majority of foreign debt anymore?
Not to mention the Chinese economy is in a very sorry state at this moment, and likely has a debt crisis (hidden) that is far more significant than the USA.

The “buy US” and “buy union” campaigns have been going on for 70 years. These choices weren’t made by politicians. They were made by CONSUMERS who chose cheap imports over quality products made in their own town, state or country. Even worse when they didn’t boycott those companies that “outsourced” labor. This is exactly what the people of the US wanted. Congratulations!!!

I don't know their imports had lower quality. Japan make better cars until the USA got their act together. Companies outsourced because of the cost of complying with all the laws and regulations. Minimum wage, laws about who could be hired hiring and firing restrictions and making it easy to sue companies and expensive building codes that serve no useful purpose such as requiring a small two story plumbing contractor to install an elevator when obviously no one hires a plumber or plumber's helper that can't walk up a flight of stairs. Let alone complying with all the paperwork requirement that especially harmed small businesses that couldn't afford the necessary experts.

SO much of what you said is either only partially true or completely untrue. All i’m going to say to counter what must be willful ignorance on your part is that unproductive chief executives of most companies are making 400 times more than the average workers who are actually producing the profitable goods and services, right here in the US. The cost of doing business here hasn’t effected that one bit. In fact, that disparity has consistently greatly outpaced inflation over the last century. How is that possible in this fantasy world you’ve created?
Also, Japan absolutely was NOT creating a superior product from the start. US manufacturers had to lower the quality of their vehicles in order to compete with the price points of the imports. That was the birth of “economy” cars in the US.

If they US get into a war with Russia, the US is in serious trouble. Russia is not going to be fighting the US in North America and we don't have an army trained well enough to fight the Russians in or near Russia. And, when winter comes, they will slaughter us.

They are better than US economy. You must understand US shit smells. It smells bad. You also must know US economy can 100% collapse. If you can't admit that , then you are lost and you are going to panic

Not to mention the Chinese Debt to GDP ratio is actually higher than the USA
Not to mention the in previous quarter, it increased its debt by $2.5 Trillion compared to the USA's $1.5 Trillion
