No, I actually think it's the exact opposite. If anything, Gen Z'ers tend to look much younger than what they are, and I'm not just saying that because I'm older than them. I often go back to old videos from the 2000s, whether it's YouTube, Reality Shows, etc., and the teenagers back in my teen years looked much older than Gen Z teens. When most of my generation was in my 20s, we looked much older than Gen Z in their 20s (especially in their early 20s).
Below is a clip from the Reality Show, Next, so take it with a grain of salt, but assuming they didn't lie about their ages, look at how much older they looked (this show aired in the mid 2000s).

You want a great example by the way? Here's a great one from the 90's. These people all look like they should be going to work and in their 20's not in freakin high school lol.
actually yes. i do think so. I don't know why they wanna grow up so badly. i look younger than most of them! the youngest is what, 13? they already fully beat their face with heavy makeup. and looking for anti-aging wrinkle cream... it's weird
i heard about that whole gen z is aging faster though, its mainly cos more and more people are doing plastic surgery and injections and that ages you to people if you if its visible. also people smoking and vaping more that millenials
No I dont think all of us are aging but the stress of having to work 2 or 3 jobs just to afford rent and the cost of living vs unlivable wages not being fair is taking a toll. But only Gen z will need to understand how important is to stop taking nonsense topics so seriously and be more active when it comes to the issues in this country
Nope. They just create most of their own problems and stresses, and are quickly finding out how the world actually works.

Anyone foolish enough to take any of those COVID shots will age more rapidly. Aside from that, stress, pollution and poverty would be responsible. But also not being in the Word, since when scripture gets into your heart you age much slower.
Well, Gen-Z refers to anyone born between 1997 and 2012. Those born early are now in their mid-twenties, and later births are teenagers, so YES, they are aging rapidly.
It’s a result of our horrible food and drugs we’re ingesting. Millennials are getting all the old people diseases in their 30’s. At least in America. I’ve heard Europe is in a little bit better shape.
blue light, the posture, the mental effect it has and how you cannot find satisfaction elsewhere... It's a long list but it is definitely not good. Even things like youtube where there are plenty of long, informative videos is very addictive.
Yeah... That may be why I'm here 😂 It's so much easier to talk with someone on a screen than it is in person. Even with close relatives there are some subjects we don't touch.
@laly520 no definitely 🤣 especially if I don't have a mustache I'll look younger due to the balance of dimorphism being tipped more towards feminine end of the scale. But not in a good way ofc (it's why I have it)
