I'v always been a nice person and everybody talks to me except a dude why doesn't he talk to me I try but he ignores me and I feel really bad like if people thought I'm a bad person

Is not a fact that you are a bad person but if I was you I would go up to him say hello and kinda introduce yourself even though he knows who you are. Then after that your breaking the ice and keep talking to you until he feels comfortable.
