Why do girls calls guys dogs and we cannot call them bitches?

"dog" I haven't heard a boy bean called that since I was at school, and I honestly thought that was a school girl word tho obviously some girls don't mature past that. however when I was a school girl they meant completely different things then which was :-

call a boy dog = they were ugly

the boys called an ugly girl a mutt.

bitch was calling a girl who was nasty which equaled to calling a boy a jerk or tosser.

I don't know if this has changed much since I was there, but hope this helps :)

but I have to say, that then I think there boy's were more offensive.

emm no girl I know calls guys dogs but dogs is only mildly insulting whereas bitch is just anti-women and incredibly insulting. there is a lot of double standards against women in terms of sex in general so just let this one little thing go...honestly grow up

It's insulting. You can call them that, but they will get offended. Guys get offended too, but not to the same extent. Both have different connotations anyway.

  I don't believe that every where have the same meaning. When I was growing up, a bitch when refering to a girl generally meant that she is f***** every guy that she sees or basically a school slut. which means that she has have sex with every guy in the school or in the community. this was different than slut because she was not paid just every guy tha asked her ( like a real female dog). A dog means that the guy was a player, or has hurted a or many girls. not cheat, just kick girl to the curve.
