I want to lose 20 pounds before school starts. I'm not exactly over weight but I'm not skinny either. I can use to lose some weight if I want to be skinny so how can I do this before school starts? I don't watch what I eat but I do job four miles every day.
Try cutting out the following foods from your diet:

You'll find the weight comes off quite quickly. If you can't keep to that (as I know it's hard) then try to just cut out wheat. That can be a major gain for weight loss!
Ok, well with losing weight you have to "trick your body". Running is great however your muscles will get used to it. What you have to do is change up the routine. Do some biking one day, swimming the next. 2 lbs a week is healthy. Anything more than 3 pounds is not healthy. I would watch what you eat. This doesn't mean you need to be a total food Nazi and not eat any junk food it just means you need to cut back. If you're serious about losing weight I would start by finding out how many calories you should consume in order to maintain your weight and how many you need to consume to lose weight. Please don't starve yourself or do anything else too dramatic. Cardio burns fat mixed in with some weights as well. Weightlift before you do cardio.
Exactly right. If you do the same thing every day, then your body gets used to that, and you won't see much weight loss....you have to vary your activities. Of course, drink lots of water, and if you hate drinking plain water, then make tea instead of sodas....avoid late night eating, and try to eat 5 times a day..... - 2 months ago

My ideal first date would be a romantic dinner at a decent restaurant. Don't want to show too much but don't want to cover up a lot, either. Something cute and very catching.
