My best friend likes this guy and she keeps telling me she doesn't think he likes her, because she doesn't see why he would. I notice things, and he doesn't talk to her very much but I've caught him staring at her her several times. He even followed us once when we were walking down the hall. She tells me a lot that they make eye contact and stuff but they don't talk. Is he nervous around her? I think he secretly likes her, and I;m trying to convince her he does. Also seeing as I'm not friends with this guy or talk to him I can't really help get them talking to each other. Should I try to?

Tell her what you experienced/saw. she may not believe you for a while or at first but she might come to see. Try to get them to talk or something. Give her some time. Don't push it whatever is going to happen will happen with them. Who knows he may start to talk to her! He might just be shy so try to get them to meet and talk or something, who cares if you aren't friends with him. Just go up and introduce yourself and her to him. It couldn't hurt! If it doesn't work out then she has made a friend maybe. He needs a little push. Go for it.
