How come I can't talk with this guy that I like??

Question

There's this guy that I like but every time he's around I can't seem to think of anything to say. I guess cause I get nervous and I ask like the stupidest questions, I'm shy but usually after seeming someone a few times I can open up and carry a conversation. its been like a month, I think he liked me, but he's loosing interest because I keep messing it up. I was wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation, I don't talk to guys often, I was just wondering how should I start talking with him and about what?I really do still like him do you think its too late to redeem myself?

Its never too late. well so they say anyway.

I would say talk to him about something you enjoy. and try to involve him in it. I don't know your passions so its hard to pick something. if you play a sport. talk about the last game. or even better if he plays one. ask him about it. don't worry a ton about what you talk about. start small by just plain talking about anything you can.

Depending on the type of guy. you can get many different resposes to what you are up agenst. if he gets lots of attention from girls. you are most likely up a creek without a paddle. if he is a quiet guy, it will be harder to get him to talk then for you to find a topic. and if he is a listener/supporter guy its a matter of makeing it clear you like him without him freeking out.

Just tell him " ok I don't know how to say this but I really like u" that's all what you got to do if he like you he will get with u

I'm in exactly the same situation as you, every single time I like a guy. I physically can't speak to them. Just try and say hi whenever you see him, smile, and ask questions; even if you know the answer like, what's the time? etc. Make an effort to get near him but don't stalk him. (Except on facebook!). Hopefully it will get easier to talk to him. It's not too late but act fast in case he gets with someone else. I know the feeling where you just freeze up and your mind goes blank but just take deep breaths and try and relax! Good luck! Oh I just realized this was more than a year ago haha. Oh well I had fun writing this answer. I wonder how it worked out?

talk about anything who cares. tell him you like his clothing ask him qeustions to get to know him. then you'll have stuff to talk about. tell him a story. don't try so hard to impress him. he's just flesh and bone like the rest of us.
