Be uncomfortable dating bank teller, Am I not alone?

Well here's something interesting- If she decides to date you off of your financial status, then dumps you when someone with a stronger status comes through; where is this a bad scenario? She started dating you with a bad outlook on relationships, and ended it with that same outlook. Doesn't matter how attractive or "wild" they are- they aren't relationship material.

Make yourself stand out of the crowd, flirt with her a little and if she seems hesitant or mentions that she can't give out her number at work, compliment her, but don't stop at that- keep trying to setup an interaction unless she truly isn't interested. If she is hesitant, push once, if she is hesitant again, back off and maintain your flirting attitude.

Just from my experience with bank tellers- they don't care about your money in the bank, they've seen more and they've seen less. They are human like anyone else, and they won't hold these things against you.

P.s. Don't mention any sexual innuendos to her at all, if you can see that she is like that, she will expect you approaching for that reason. Blow her out of the water by talking about hanging out socially and if nothing else you two could be friends; then she will turn the scales and potentially fight for you; however, use that as last resort material. NEVER start a conversation trying to line up a date, it makes you look nervous.

Example convo:

Her- "Hello Mr Jones, how could I help you today"

You- "Oh so formal Jennifer, I'd like you to deposit this for me"

Her- *Typing in the computer" "Would you like a receipt?"

You- "Yes please" *She starts writing your balance on paper / marking something / etc* - "Go ahead and write your number down as well" *Soft smile*

Her- "I'm sorry I'm at work, I can't give out that information"

You- "I can respect a lady that enjoys her work place, maybe another time then"

Her- "I would like that" ; "Here's your receipt Mr Jones, is there anything else I can do for you?"

- At this point in the conversation, it's VITAL that she had acknowledge even the slightest flirtatious attempt, or returned the same attempt- laughing at an attempted flirt, or stroking her hair, anything that shows she was altered by what you said.

You- "That wraps it up, thank you jennifer."

Her- "Thanks for coming in, I'll see you later"

You- *Walking away, then pause and look back* "What time do you get off work?"

Her- "9 o'clock"

You- "Nines a little late for my curfew.. Okay you've convinced me, it's a date"

Her- *Smile* You- *Exit*

Then make sure to follow up.

I think you're making too big a deal about your finances. If you have a lot of money with the bank and do a lot of business with the bank, I'd advise you not ask her out. Otherwise, I'd say go for it.
