He's always finding ways to touch me..(sometimes nicely, sometimes not)?

Its practically impossible to have a female friend and not start to have some feelings strong or not so strong but there are almost always feeling. A guy in this situation if he likes you he is probably afraid you don't like him that way and guys don't set themselves up for failure like girls do. Guy are logic Girls are emotion. Guys don't take hurt as well as women do. So say he likes you a lot if he was to come out and say it well a lot of girls are always like I don't want to ruin what we have as a friendship. This is like kicking a guy in the nuts. No matter how confident he is normally when it comes to a situation like this its showing weakness and most guys won't cross that line till one night you are both drunk hanging out and end up making out ha. So my advice is if you like him tell him something like I had a dream about you the other night. Gauge how he reacts then you will know how much he likes you this is when you tell him your starting to have some stronger feelings and if he doesn't defuse them then they are just gonna get stronger. Oh if he get frustrated or weird when you talk about how hot other guys are well the you need to pounce.

Too vague. It depends on what his character is. If he is the energetic type, out there with most people, touchy with just about anyone, there is a good chance he's just toying with you. Put it this way - would you do those things to a guy if you weren't attracted to him? Probably not. So, I'll cast a vote saying he likes you. Good luck.
