YES! Guys like to laugh and have fun. If you make him laugh (not like nocking over half the consestion stands in a fair/festival laugh) it's a good sign of interest. Laughing make people happy, happiness is always a good sign.
Of course this is a sign of interest lol. What's more attractive than a pretty girl who can make you laugh? And if he didn't like you, I doubt he would've asked you out.

Ok good point. I guess I didn't pick up that he was interested in me for a few months so that's why I'm saying it. I run into him at social events/parties and he will sometimes tell how I am so honest/real/funny usually. He has called me to chat on a previous occasion but I didn't pick up on it. So I guess I am asking if this is a trait men go for. I looked at our emails before this and I generally have been short and professional because I didn't realize. funny is good for a woman?
