Do guys like their girlfriends to workout?

A woman can't get to the point of being "manly" without steroids. The reason being is because testosterone (the male hormone, which illegal steroids are made from) is the main ingredient needed for bulky muscle mass. You can work out as much as you want and as long as you want, and you'll certainly get strong and muscular to a degree. But as long as you don't do steroids, it won't get to the point where it's "manly" no matter what you do. And as long as you keep to that, you're only improving yourself.

I love it when they work out. Means they are healthy and won't become overweight.

Theres a common misconception about females lifting weights. Many think that if they lift they wil become manly and "butch. But my female friends that have the best bodies are the ones lifting weights in the gym.
