Ok, that being said, you want to get your sister without her being able to prove that you actually had anything to do with all the messed up things going on in her life. Check out some of the revenge sites on the net. There are some great, but also relatively harmless things you can do that will aggravate the crap outta her. Much better than a wedgie because it can continue for a while.

All right, I grew up in a big family and probably understand physical retribution better than most girls. I'm not going to give you any moral judgment on this. If you deem this worthy of this sort of thing, I'll take your word for it.

Now, I don't think technique is the most important thing here. What matters is just getting a good grip and being serious about it. If you really want to do this, be like a guy. Grab hard, pull, and don't let up.

This is such an immature post and it makes me think you are much, much younger than '18-24'. I don't know how old you sister is, if she is older or younger, etc. You're not her parent and judging her and her underwear choices is ridiculous. I'm sure there are things about you that she doesn't agree with. How about you work on creating a healthier relationship with your sister instead of adding more turmoil.
