Why don't boyfriends let us see their cell phones?

OK by that I'm not saying that its good to snoop around your bf's cellphone  because obviously I as a girl won't like it if my boyfriend snoops around mine but this kinda behavior of not letting one even touch your phone seems more suspicious, I knew a guy and he was just totally cool with it even though he didn't see my cell but he was fine with me checking out his, his cell would be lying around beeping and stuff and he would be totally nonchalant like he's got nothing to hide so I never bothered checking it again  because it seems rude & I wasn't even checking it I was just taking a pic of myself with it so that he could keep but I know my other friend's boyfriend who always fights with her even if she comes close to his cell, that's like arousing unnecessary suspicion, so people what's up with that? y do guys do this

Here's an example of my experience with snooping through a girlfriends cellphone.

I was dating a girl for about a year, we lived together. She had a past, before me, where I knew she cheat on her ex boyfriend, with her ex ex boyfriend. So, a year goes by and I never once looked through her cell. One night she had went to bed early and her cell was sitting charging on my hallway table. I just happened to walk by and the lights were flashing on it that she had just received a text. So I went over, and hit a button to open the text to make it stop flashing and low and behold it was a text from her ex ex boyfriend. Very interesting text at that, revealing some pretty horrible things. So I took the phone into the bathroom and went through it with a fine tooth comb. Ended up finding out that she had been cheating on my extensively for almost the whole year we were together. I woke her up, kick her out of my apartment. Next day I check myself into a clinic and got tested for STD's, thankfully I was clean.

So sometimes snooping can uncover valuable information.

NAW! I'm just kidding. xP I don't know why, I guess... the main reason would be because of the text messages. They don't want you to know what they talk about with certain people, I guess? That's the only reason I can imagine. I know it might be suspicious, but it could just be nothing. It doesn't necessarily have to mean what you think it means (whatever that may be).

As for me, I wouldn't mind if girls went through my phone. I have nothing to hide on my phone! Wanna go through my phone? It's pretty nice...

Is this seriously what this websites about? Which is fine by the way but why do have to join a website that actually is about one thing? I mean if ur boyfriend WILL NOT let u go down his fone even though he cab see u are upset etc then its not rocket science to Wrk out why... Especially if he never ever leaves it about and takes everywhere with him (even to the toilet) wtf what happened to women lol if he won't put ur mind at rest, there 2 reason why he won't 1. His cheatin 2. His selfish and enjoys the mind games! So either way f*** him off! Anyway ladies there one thing all women have got and it will tell us all we need to no and that is 'Women's Intuition' and if you smell a rat there usually Is one!

It's a privacy thing.  I got p*ssed when my boyfriend went through my phone while I was sleeping, then told me to "get the f*** out of his house" because I was talking to an ex of mine.  It was really annoying because there's a REASON he's my ex.  But I don't go through his phone, whether he goes through mine or not, because if it rings, or he gets a txt, I'm allowed to look or answer it.  I'd say it's just more of a privacy thing and he doesn't want you to take some txts the wrong way.  Idk, guys are mysterious sometimes, lol =] =] =] As are women.

I think a lot of guys just don't want a girl to get pissed cause maybe it's OLD texts with his ex and they haven't deleted them or some shit either that or it could be sexual websites or just they want their privacy cause we all have a right to have privacy and if you aren't getting enough it can get frustrating you never know I guess

Ok from my experience its usually cheating sending girls his dick telling them he thinking about them in the shower and stuff he never tells me and we been together 2 years and last year i moved 2 hours away from him and he starts talking to other girls and his excuse was i was fucking horny and couldnt get your pussy anytime he wanted so he got nudes from other girls and i was pregnant with his daughter and this bullshit continued 8 times that i caught him doing that.
