    well we are suppose to take in at least 2200 calories a day, but we know some of us don't get past 400cal. anyways this is what I do to maintain body fat and weight. I take the amount of calories that I intake and use that number to determine how long I will workout. you are suppose to at least excercise about 60 mins a day( 3 days a week) any way I usually start with the treadmill because it tells you how many calories you burned while on the treadmill. so I suggest start with that. then go into several other excercises. I also watch how many calories I intake, how much sugar is in the product. I also drink a lot of water so I won't dehydrate. I also will fast for like 3 days only eating one pack of roman noodles out of the 3 days and drinking water and cranberry juice. but only drink cranberry twice a day, water can go all day. this is my method so I can't say it works for everyone.:) but I can say I am healthy and my weight is where I want to be.:)

      No I don't do that fast everyday, I would pass out.lol. I do it once in a while but my appetite is curved anyways which is why I may eat more fruit and veggies than I would. but I am healthy, I just came from my usual checkup last week. but think about those who fast for certain periods of time, they are intaking 0 calories, and also that newe mastercleanse diet, they are literally sh*tting their asses out!lol. and not eating, but drinking a nasty concoction, saltwater, and a herbal tea laxative

    exercise and go on a diet. imean, just eat healthier and drink lots of water. I tend to eat less no adays since I'm not in the mood most of the time to eat. I drink water a lot, I take fiber pills, drink green tea, go for a run in the morning and I burn calories at work too. and after dinner, I might run for a bit as well. I walk to work as well so those are a few ideas

    Cut sugar out of your diet, reduce but certainly do not illiminate carbs. Keep up good levels of protein. You shouldn't get hungry, if you do, then eat.

    Eat celery sticks with a little peanut butter 6 times per day. The energy needed to digest it is greater than the calories gained. It's called negative calories.

    Cardio exercise will begin to burn fat after the 20 minute mark. 30 mins cardio = 10 mins fat burn.

    Cardio for wieght loss is most effective early in the morning before you've eaten anything. Drink water though.

    Start with 3 times per week. After 2 weeks, up it to 5 times per week.

    This is how competition body-builders get lean, both men and women.

    There are no supliments that will help so don't waste your money on them.

    Matches, okay that was a joke. Seriously though, there are particular foods that help promote calorie/fat burning, depending on your over all goal, you may want to alter your diet, exercise daily, and if all else fails you may seek medical help as to find out what, genetically, you may be prone to gaining more weight from and strike it from your diet or make it a rare occasion type food.

    There are many different exercise regiments that will burn calories, however it's best to find ones that work best for you that you may also enjoy more than others.

    Best of luck to you and hope this answer helps, also there are weight watcher and other meetings that you may be able to attend in your area that can help in deciding what route you wish to take.

    You can burn calories doing cardio exersises at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. Some alternatives are walk, run, swim, bike. The cardio exersises should be combined with strength exercises like lift weights to tone every part of the body. Finally, you have to eat healthy. You have to include proteins in the diet like chicken breast,turkey and eggs. You should consume rich in fiber food and whole grain food like integral bread, whole wheat pasta and rice. For the snacks you can consume yogurt, granola bars, fruits, whole wheat crackers and non fat cheese. You should drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

    First step is to start exercising! you can start small by doing household chores such as sweeping the porch, scrubbing the floors, dancing in the living room, and even wiping down the windows. Another great idea is to join a local gym. If you are a college student, you might have free access to the gym at your school, or be applicable for other gym discounts. If not, some gyms start as low as $10 a month for membership. Walking outside, jogging, dancing, and sports like baseball, swimming, basketball, soccer and football are all other ways for you to burn off calories.

    Doing cardio is a great way to lose weight and burn calories. Go to the gym, get on to a treadmill, and walk,jog and run for up to 60 minutes. You will sweat and feel the pounds melting off you. Also try and play tennis. Tennis is a great way to stay active and burn calories.

    First thing upon waking up in the morning, drink at least 16 oz of water before eating anything. This will boost your metabolism and get the calories burning before you've even taken a shower. It'll also encourage your circulatory system to clean your blood and get rid of toxins, waste, etc.

    just exersize and eat healthy, with a little something maybe once a week or so, don't think of it as a chore, think of it as a way to make you feel better about yourself. set yourself a goal, or even a motivation...you know that really pretty skirt you saw last week...? well eat right, exesize correctly and you can get there to the weight to wear that skirt... etc..

    When you have the option, always take the stairs. When you're going shopping, especially at a mall or somewhere where there's a large parking lot, always park as far away from the store as possible. That way you're guaranteed to burn off a few extra calories here and there without a whole lot of effort.

    Run on a treadmill daily. Eat less greasy foods. More water. Don't eat after 7 or less than 4 hours of sleeping at night. Do high intensity exercises, like cardio. That should do it.

    well never eat at night (right before you sleep) also try and find a sport that you like and go play it..like the ocean guy said volleyball is pretty fun and you do loose a good amount of calories

    Volleyball, Especially beach volleyball. On average, you burn about 500 calories an hour, plus it's fun! ;)
