  • Goodnight texts.
Like you text me "good morning babe" like bch i ain't even up yet...
But I love a goodnight text. were busy thought the day, maybe we want to catch a little extra Z's, and I know a guy that no matter what happens, fighting or not, busy as hell or not, sick or whatever would always text me "Goodnight princess, sweet dreams" like imagine we were fighting and you guys want to throw monkeys at each other , but he texts you that at the end of the night... his heart is in the same place.. I'd make three kids on the spot.

  • I like and receive/send both. Good morning text are better IMO, because it means they're thinking of you when they first wake up, and are likely to chat with you more through the day. I've had too many ex's who only sent goodnight texts right before going off to sleep when I hadn't heard from them all day, and "Good night" was literally all I got for days on end. I guess I'm just jaded to that notion from a string of bad relationships.

  • Honestly, that's a tough question for me. I loved it when I dated a guy who would send me good morning texts as it would start my morning with a smile when most mornings I'm cranky until I get coffee and food. But my crush and I always say goodnight to each other and it just feels nice after a long day. Can I have both? haha Hmm... so to choose, I think goodnight so he's the last person I talk to and I know I'm the last person he talks to before I dream about him :p

  • I said good morning.
I somehow like that one a lot. Especially when they send it before you wake up. Waking up with those messages, makes morning amazing, and good start to day.

  • I picked good morning both are good feelings. Either way you are the first thing he/she thinks about when waking up or the last thing at night he /she thinks about at night

  • Is your SO a morning or night person?

I'd lean towards goodnight because it's a nice way to finish the day/bring out a bright spot in an otherwise shitty day.

  • Good night is definitely better.

A good morning text could wake me up before I'm ready, and then I'll feel like I have to respond right away instead of just going through my morning routine.

A good night text can be sent either when I go to bed, or when he does, whichever happens first. And then I'm left with lovely thoughts of him while I fall asleep.

  • I'm gonna say good night because it gives you a chance to leave things on a good note if you're having a dispute rather than sleeping on ill feelings the whole night.

  • Good night. I like going to sleep thinking of the girl. Plus, most of the mornings, I don't turn on my phone until I take my shower and had breakfast, so it can take an hour or more until I turn it on.

  • I would choose good morning, it's a great way to start the day off with positive vibes and hey, sometimes I may be asleep before I get a good night text.
